The hotel is very near to the outlet mall. The mall has many shops and *****tore and almost every things you need. The breakfast is great 👍 with many varieties. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended

Very bad experience cuz we couldn’t cancel the hotel stay due to the inconvenience of location 40 min away from JR station with the shuttle bus coming very infrequently. We told them in advance we couldn’t make it but there was no room for negotiation and refund. I shall never boo to stay there again.

This is a European style hotel has a free shuttle service from Sendai railway station; the facilities are limited but the surrounding view excellent it’s next to a premium outlet which you can do your shopping and they have a variety of restaurants as well.

I stayed here again because the view from the room was so nice.
I thought it was cheaper than I expected, but the room didn't have a very good view. I wonder if that's because I booked it online.
