A beautiful modern building in direct beach location.. just separated by the promenade from the beach.. Pulver sandy beach 👍 delicious imbiss on the beach.. all maintained and clean.. top beds !! Delicious drinks at the hotel bar.. Pool and beds unfortunately overfilled in August.. Breakfast very delicious .. very friendly service .. we come back 👍 We haven't tested the other restaurants, that's being checked..

I can only agree with the positive reviews, the hotel is really worth a recommendation. But it is also very special, the whole facility is a single labyrinth and you need a lot of time and time to get right in it. The whole atmosphere is very artistic, apparently with a weak for special seats, in the style of the 1970s. Our unrenovated room was completely OK, but without air conditioning, with views of the roof pool, which is very beautiful - see photo. Parking is rarly seated in Heringsdorf, parking costs € 20 per day in the hotel's deep garage and € 7 per day in the cooperative forest parking area a little away. It is particularly important to stress that the staff were very friendly and helpful everywhere. For health reasons we had to postpone our stay for two weeks, and that was made easy. A beautiful impressive building with great entrance area, the room in the roof floor with balcony but very small and came into the years, over the entire period of three days the reception was not occupied, so we had to check in and other things always clear in the hotel, just when you arrive Friday later, unfair when you pull the bag into the hotel and then read that everything happens in the hotel, the car then also into the Deep garage needs to be parked, but it is walking well if something can be reached. The staff are unfortunately no service-oriented and unfriendly through the bank, friendliness can be seen here forgiven, although we were unfriendly at no time. We could clear it thank God with the hotel director who has acted very understandably and customer-oriented. The buffet dinner in the opposite hotel was united, it tasted as if it had been there for hours. A 4-gang menu on Saturday evening could not convince, at least my personal menu selection could not. The wellness area is OK, unfortunately we had only 1 h to stay there, so that everyone can come on, in this time you can't really relax, if you have the watch in the back of the head, there was a sauna , The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, you are now on the sea bridge and there are enough parking spaces. The check-in was smooth and the staff throughout the house was very friendly at any time. Wellness we didn't use, but looked good. Our family room was very large and absolutely clean. Wi-Fi went perfect. But the style is very old, especially the tape. Also, you must not lose the key, because there are hotel name and room number on it - unfortunate! What definitely misses: a water cooker. We are early rising and I would like to drink coffee or tea in the room before breakfast beginning at 7.30. About coffee: it was clearly too thin and little aromatic at breakfast. It's a pity that Cappuccino and Co cost an additional price. But this is the only criticism of breakfast! There was incredibly a lot of delicious coatings, great bread and bread, hot components and sweet particles. Also the hotel bar was great, our included flame cake was rich and very delicious. Sorry that the bar has sky, but doesn't even show federal League (maybe due to the view of night bread guests). Great Manko: at both evenings guests have eaten Raclette - our room in 1.og smell for hours after dinner. Conclude: Top Hotel, just new doors (smoking and electrical closing system), new floors and coffee/tea makers into the room, then it is perfect!
