房間挺大的，但設施比較陳舊，特別是洗手間，有頭髮，連花灑都是壞的，用手扶着才不會脱落，製氧機也使用不了。海撥較高，晚上睡覺頭疼，4點多被門外吵醒後就睡不着了。

在色達算是比較不錯的酒店了，房間很大，有供氧系統，設施也比較新，去的時候酒店停電，用的發電機，電梯壞了，其他都還可以。

進去大廳和房間第一感覺還很不錯，設施設備都挺新的，還大大的觀景窗，也很實惠，但房間仔細一看就惱火了，地板初次看挺乾淨，結果其實地板很臟，可能都沒掃，更別説拖地，床上用品看着很新，但是床上放的那個抱枕還不如不放，掉灰灰，質量太差了的原因吧，把被子上面弄得很臟，廁所馬桶坐墊像是單獨安裝上去的，是活動的，沐浴噴頭也是壞的，一進廁所還一股尿**味，感覺是沒刷馬桶，沒做廁所清潔，晚上一開始可能是開了空調，後半夜就關了，睡到半夜感覺呼吸困難，悶得很，窗户太小了！整體看應該算得上是星級酒店了，但這些細節沒做好，直接拉低檔次和體驗感受

體驗感真的很一般，前台服務員感覺就是一問三不知，酒店的熱水竟然是電熱水器，一個人洗漱完畢，還要等水熱才能洗，而且廁所也有一股味道，
