A roomy room with a decent view. The staff was kind and attentive. I liked being able to walk to the museum and to Target. Alexa in the room was a nice touch. The inside doors of the elevators need revisiting and numbering order in them is one of a kind.

Great venue in terms of location. Staff very helpful. The real downer was the cleaning.Although our room was cleaned to good standard, the public area was not. One of the rooms opposite had a discarded cleaners black glove outside on the floor for 2 days. Also by the lifts on the 26th floor was a discarded coffee cup on the table. This was left there when we arrived and was still there when we checked out.

Arrived very late, after a delayed flight. Front desk clerk- Dan was kind and made sure that I got to my room and showed me how to use my key in the elevator and for the room door. Would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Seattle as it is near the bus stop and public transportation. There are several good places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast looked good but I did not need it as I was visiting family and left too early my last day. Thank you for a great visit.

Nice and comfortable airport hotel.
Location is tremendous, as it’s near to SEA airport, with lots of food venues around.
A complimentary airport shuttle is available. The shuttle departs every thirty minutes to the airport, at :00 and :30.
Exceptionally kind and helpful staff at the hotel, however, one specific shuttle driver was extremely rude and unbothered. I did not catch his name. Didn’t bother helping me with my suitcases and at the airport didn’t bother taking out my suitcases either. Also the shuttle departed full, so some passengers had to stand.
Rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated.
Since the hotel is big, there are two fitness facilities available, very convenient.
I had a 1 bed queen room with a balcony, which is a nice touch.
I would stay again, if staying near SEA airport.

Stayed at this property twice in 9 days at the beginning and end of our cruise, This property is very convenient to the airport. I normally would have given the property an Excellent rating except for an issue with the most relevant aspect of the property. The property has a 24/7 airport shuttle which runs every half hour. The property shuttle will also take you to many local dining establishments which is very convenient. Due to the really bad lines at the airport, it is very important to get to the airport early so you don't miss your flight. Upon check-in, I signed up for the shuttle to catch my flight in the morning. I literally watched the young lady at the desk write my name, room number and time in the book. The next morning, I went out early to the shuttle and was rudely told by the driver that I was not listed for a trip and I could not be taken to the airport. The shuttle left without me. I then spoke to someone at the desk who agreed to get me an Uber. Not that I blame the hotel, but the Uber showed up really late because he apparently ran an errand before he picked me up. This whole episode really cause a lot of anxiety and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Breakfast is a to go very early in the am and then becomes hot and cold food after a certain time (don't recall the time). The hot breakfast was very good. Every one working at the hotel desk is very nice and professional. One real advantage of this property is that they will let you check in early after your cruise once a room is available. My only advice staying here is before you go to sleep, call the front desk and make sure you are on the shuttle.

I have to note that I have stayed in so many hotels relocating from the East Coast to the West Coast, and I’ve been very surprised at certain hotel chains. This hotel was a delight!! I’ve worked in customer service for years, and I was always told that you be able to know who the manager is just by their leadership skills; I knew immediately that Raj was the General Manager. His professionalism, accuracy, and customer service skills were impeccable; by far the best I’ve seen and I’ve stayed at 25 different hotels during this journey. The hotel itself is also wonderful, which reflects on management also. Every front desk employee was excellent, and I appreciate some humor, and got some from a young lady. The rooms are immaculate, and very spacious; there are a lot of places to meet all your needs in terms of toiletries, wine, and many other things. You can ask the front desk so many questions and not only will they give you the answers, but they will make sure you understand where you are going. The entire team was dressed perfectly, something I’ve noticed has been lacking in other hotels. I think it’s also in the perfect location, because your right outside of Seattle, but not in the middle of all the chaos so you have a great deal peace, but can get to the city in 15 minutes approximately, This has been my favorite hotel that we have stayed at since bouncing around the Seattle area. I applaud Raj, and all management as well as the front desk agents, you truly are all wonderful, and I felt at home but better bc the hotel is just wonderful in all respects. Thank you North Gate for restoring my faith in hotels again.

BBenny the kidGreat location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.
GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights whilst holidaying from Australia. Quirky, fun pineapple theme throughout- plush cute dog on the bed, pineapple pic on pillow, bathrobe etc. Free welcome drink of your choice from a selection. No free breakie - but has a few things you can buy- drink, pastries in packets in a fridge in the foyer.Coffee was also sometimes available. Room was clean and had nice decor. Wifi also worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful-they happily printed off our bag labels for our luggage for our Alaskan cruise. Hotel is in a good location- easy walk to space needle, restaurants- lots of choices, handy mini mart, good coffee/donut shop close by. Bed was a bit hard for us- but that is personal taste. To watch movies you had to log into your own Netflix etc account- a few free movie channels would have been nice. Would stay here again and recommend to others if in Seattle.
KKira BallingerWent as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours.
All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there!
YYim JoyceDear Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your hotel. During my stay, I noticed that my credit card was charged twice for the tax amount. I understand that mistakes happen, but this kind of error should have been caught and rectified before I even noticed.
I spoke with the front desk and they assured me that the amount was only put on hold and there was not an actual charge. However, it has been over a week and I had yet to receive a refund for the double charge. So i had to made an International call to request a refund. I did get my refund after weeks of my stay, and I had to suffer list in the exchange rate.
This incident has left a bad impression on me and has significantly impacted my view of the hotel. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with respect and honesty!
GGuest UserThe W Seattle was conveniently located and within walking distance to most of Seattle’s attractions (Pike Place, Space Needle, waterfront). The small entrance to the hotel is located on Seneca Street and during our stay we were “greeted” by a few homeless folks who hung around the entrance. Returning to Seattle after a few years away, we noticed a lot more homeless people – the homeless people did not bother us but you did feel a little unsafe during the evenings. Check-in: Unfortunately we checked in past 9pm on a Friday night and in true W fashion, the DJ had the music so loud that the lobby was deafening and it was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Thankfully the front desk were well prepared and handed us a one sheet summary with a welcome letter. Breakfast: Disappointing. I have had better free breakfast at Marriott Courtyard. We had breakfast included with our room and this was capped to $20 per person. The quality of the breakfast items were average at best and very over-priced. Room: We had a lovely Corner Studio on a high floor which had amazing views of the water. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine which was restocked daily. The only downside to the room was the bathroom. Compared to other W hotels, the bathroom/shower was a little dated.
无无为而治4The hotel is located in the South Lake Union area. It is about 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and it costs 46 yuan to take a taxi.
The reservation is for a standard room. The hotel requires check-in after 4:00 pm. We are an early flight. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 am. Because of the availability, the front desk will quickly complete the formalities. We do not speak English. Baidu dialogue translation, the receptionist at the front desk will also use it, so there is no communication barrier.
The room is large, with two large single beds of 1.50 meters wide, and there is a double sofa by the window to sleep. There are no problems for a family of three. There is a small open kitchen in the room. Although small, it is well-equipped. It has a dual-burner electric ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen waste processor, and is also equipped with simple seasonings, plates, bowls, woks, stews , Milk pan, tableware and cutlery, 3-4 people have no problem dining.
The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. From the reception staff to the floor service staff are very warm and attentive. Breakfast is full of meat, eggs, milk, bread, oatmeal, coffee, soy milk, cakes, waffles, fruits.
There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food and bento. There is also a large supermarket on 29 minutes' walk. Fruits, vegetables and meat are very fresh. Personally I think this hotel is very cost-effective!
GGuest UserThe Renaissance Seattle Hotel is located at the foot of downtown, the gateway to the city’s restaurants, shopping and attractions. The property is clean and attractive with upscale finishes and an accommodating staff. The room was well laid out, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but quite usable. The location near I-5 notwithstanding, the room was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast food was of high quality and served in a bright, inviting space with good service. I did notice a gratuity of 20% already had been added and suspect some people unwittingly pay 2 tips.
SStupiddCupidThe hotel is quite small but clean and the rooms are not big. The restaurant is also very small and only has a bar. It's just that the outdoor air conditioner is too noisy, which affects your rest, but everything else is fine!
Right in the city center, next to Nana’s green Tea. It’s a 15-minute walk from Pike Place Market, and it’s very cost-effective!
PParkDaehanEven though reviews toward this guest house, which were shown in Google, are rather low, I am satisfied with overall features in the house. Especially if you like using public transportation such as buses and trains in Seattle, the location of the house is rather good. It only takes 10-20 minutes from the house to downtown in Seattle. Also, though the size of the room is rather small, but also it was also enough to sleep. However, the drawback in the house is that you can hear the noises from the other rooms. If you are super-sensitive to hearing noises, then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are not sensitive to it, then probably it would be fine.
XXIAOXUANOrdered for the children, the response is good, the location is good, the travel is convenient, my hotel in such a foreign country is ok, the others are good, that is, the room is not very soundproof
