We loved our stay at novecento. Lovely room, fabulous vaulted ceiling. Very friendly receptionists. Central location, close to restaurants and centro storico. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Bed very comfortable. Quiet at nighttime

Facilities were not available as mentioned. Room was small and the maintenance was below standard, mattress too hard. Very difficult to reach the hotel, hotel is situated in a car free centre, so had to park the car some where else. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel is beautifully situated in Scicli. The rooms are clean and very lovely. Best of all was the service. Fabrizio, one of the owners, works the front desk. On our first night there, I developed a gastro-intestinal infection. There was no way I would find a pharmacy that was open at that hour. Fortunately, Fabrizio called a friend who ran a local pharmacy and arranged for him to meet me there and provide medication. Fabrizio literally saved our vacation. Extremely kind and attentive service all around.

Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast.
Hotel website is misleading - we booked Deluxe room but was allocated room 904 which is indicated on website as cheaper Superior room, there was no view of St Matthew hill as claimed, the room was noisy (ac/heating and next door shower) not silent as claimed. Laundry service was also not available over the Easter holiday weekend. En-suite had wc flush leak and damaged shower enclosure that were not fixed during our stay. Issues were raised but not adequately addressed during stay.
Great shame about the room and misleading website as everything else was really good.

On a passe deux jours super sympa en famille a parcourir la region. Hotel super sympa et personnel tres attentif a nos petits besoins - comme a la maison et rien m est jamais un problème. Surclasse a l arrivée, parasols pour la plage, late check out. Parking tout proche et possibilité de débarquer valises devant l hotel

hotel molto bello esternamente ed internamente, al contrario la camera che ci è stata assegnata un vero e proprio incubo.... a parte essermi rimasta in mano la leva del lavabo appena entrato in bagno ( e riparata in serata dal ragazzo della reception) vi era un vero e proprio accumulo di polvere ovunque come da foto allegate, l'indomani mattina la signora del ricevimento mi rassicurava che avrebbe provveduto a far fare la stanza a fondo dal personale ma purtroppo cosi non è stato e mio malgrado dopo aver detto che avevo seri problemi con la polvere.... i vetri della doccia sono talmente pieni di calcare che anche le stesse rotelle x aprire il box doccia fanno fatica a scorrere con la possibile caduta del cristallo stesso..... l'impianto di riscaldamento non funzionante i ragazzi del ricevimento ti dicono di accendere la pompa di calore che in breve tempo si scalda ma non si può arrivare in una stanza gelida!!!!!!!!

Hotel molto bello e confortevole al centro storico di Scicli. I gestori sono estremamente cortesi e disponibili. Le camere spaziose, pulitissime e al riparo da qualsiasi rumore esterno. La colazione ottima. Super consigliato. Torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti. Buon lavoro! Continuate così e godrete sempre di un meritato successo.

Nel pieno centro della bellissima Scicli, questo piccolo hotel è ricavato da un palazzo storico di cui in alcuni punti si vedono ancora le vestigia. Le camere invece sono moderne e confortevoli, bagno spazioso e dotato di tutto. La colazione che con la bella stagione si può fare in un grazioso cortile interno, è buona e abbastanza varia, specialmente per quanto concerne i dolci. Trovandosi in zona pedonale si può raggiungere in auto solo per caricare e scaricare i bagagli, ma a pochissima distanza c'è un parcheggio pubblico dove, con un po' di fortuna si può lasciare l'automobile. A pochissimi passi invece si raggiunge il centro con le sue bellezze artistiche e tanti ristoranti e localini. Il mio particolare ringraziamento va a Fabrizio per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.
