Kim the day check in lady was very nice and helpful. The night lady not so nice but rude. I've been going to same hotel for 6 years and never had bad service.

The desk clerk was incredibly friendly. The hotel offers a bottle of wine to the person who makes the reservation. But I'm not much of a wine drinker, so the desk clerk let my husband, my 5-year-old son, and me each select an item from the fridge/snack area. There was a variety of choices. The room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub, but it was out of order on the second day of our visit. There were several options at breakfast. (They even had waffle iron spray so the waffles didn't stick!) There were vending machines with Pepsi products - my favorites. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is not what it used to be. The hot tub was not working, because of that there were too many people in the pool and LOTS of kids. The towels were thin and cheap. The temperature was horrible, one degree made it too hot or too cold. The front desk staff tried to upgrade us for the inconvenience but the king room had a tiny bathroom and seemed like a downgrade. Breakfast was almost not even edible. The eggs were overcooked the sausage tasted old and there wasn’t much variety. I asked if there was new management and was told Radisson no longer owns it. I will not be back.

Didn’t like that we was on the 1st floor, too much traffic from the pool area. Breakfast needs to provide other types of meats besides pork, everyone doesn’t eat pork.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Pool had warm water but hot tub was not working. I understand things like this happens, but the hot tub was the main reason we booked the room. Definitely disappointed.

stay was amazing, front desk staff/managers, fantastic.
ONLY complaint. please take a look at the faucet handles on the bath in room 226. they are loose and are hard to get to turn off all the way once on

Room was nasty and suppose to be bob smoking but smelled horrible of cigarettes window was wide open. We didn’t stay we checked out immediately was promised a refund and still never get it. Called multiple times and no manager is ever available. I would never book this hotel!!! Terrible

The pool was very very small. They were very stingy with the pool towels. they only gave us one each of a very small towel. people were tripping wet waiting at the front desk to get a towel. The pool may be better in the in the summer because they did have an outdoor patio.

Don't like to give a bad review. Did not stay for the entire trip. It was a Holiday and there was no food.
