Due to the late arrival time, the hotel refused to check in. The people at the front desk don't speak English and have a bad attitude. Forced to walk three kilometers to go to a farther and more expensive hotel

E' stato un piacevole soggiorno, camera pulitissima, con arredamento moderno . In bagno presente il kit cortesia! Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio disponibile! Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!!!! Lo consigliamo vivamente !!!!!!!!

Hotel molto pulito ed ordinato. Letto comodissimo e colazione buona. Nota negativa la scortesia del personale alla reception con risposte allucinanti visto anche il prezzo che ho pagato una camera per 2 adulti e 2 bambini di 6 anni. 205 Euro a novemebre a Scandicci ....mah !! Alle 6.54 mi sono presentato per fare colazione perchè dovevo partire. Sarebbe iniziata alle 7.00. Ma stiamo scherzando mi sono sentito rispondere stiamo ancora preparando.

Hotel pulito, ben tenuto, colazione soddisfacente sia dolce che salata, parcheggio interno. Ci siamo trovati bene, uniche due pecche sono assenza di receptionist notturno, quindi di notte non c è sorveglianza e mancanza di bidet nella nostra stanza

Ottima struttura ben tenuta, mi sono trovato bene. Parcheggio ampioninterno adeguato, bel giardino, moderno, pulito e organizzato. Colazione completa. Stanza pulita. Consiglio, è ben gestito e allestito. Uniche pecche (senza le quali avrei dato 5 su 5): avevo chiesto esplicitamente una matrimoniale a uso singolo, mi hanno dato una stanza piccolissima con letto a una piazza e mezzo e una finestra rotta a piano terra (non amonil condizionatore). Inoltre: la struttura dopo le 19.00 non è presidiata, quindi se ci sono persone che fanno rumore o gridano nei corridoi da una stanza all'altra, non si dorme. Non è colpa dell'hotel, ovviamente.

Hotel arredato con gusto personale gentile e stanze sempre pulite .Molto comodo il posizionamento perché collocato praticamente fronte mare .Splendida anche la piscina collocata al primo piano Colazione pranzo e cena nella media . Torneremo di sicuro .

Hotel limpio, próximo y bien comunicado entre autobús (26) y tranvia (T1) con Florencia, buen desayuno. Zona verde. Incomprensible antipatía del personal de recepción: alguien debe decirles que cambien su actitud desidiosa.
