Great place to stay on the water. If you’re looking for a full service hotel, this is not for you it’s a quiet quaint place to stay on the beach. The office is open 9-5 to exchange and get new towels.
No room service on a daily basis.

The location is great, right next to the public beach, across the bridge from Pelican Alley and pops, down the road from the jetty. We stayed there while visiting friends who live on the other side of the bridge. For this reason it was convenient and our trip was great.
But for the price, I was expecting a lot more. The furnishing and bathroom were dated and definitely showing signs of wear and tear. The room was on the intracoastal side facing the road which was disappointing because the photos showed a view of the docks on the intracoastal.
I didn't get in to see the larger units and depending on the price difference, that might make another visit worth it!

Great walk down the path to the beach from the property. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed. Also, just a short walk over the bridge to Pelican Alley - a fantastic dinner joint.

This place is right on the beach / bay. We chose the beach side efficiency and were delighted. All the guests and staff were extremely friendly. It was so great, I had a hard time prying my wife away from the property to do other things. It’s very close to the Nokomis public beach but it technically it is a private beach immediately north. We had a blast here and would definitely recommend this to the rest of the world. We felt like we saw Italy and Greece as we spent time in Venice, FL and Tarpon Springs, Fl. This place is well situated between Naples and Tampa to make this a vacationers paradise.

AMAZING RESORT! A little bit older but extremely clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I had to choose one thing that could improve, it would be the linens needed fabric softener. Very rough!

Good location. Overpriced. Was checked into the wrong room at first and I had to sort that out, ok no problem. WiFi is not existent and the bed is 50 years old spring with no support at all. No batteries in the tv remote, found out late at night. Very close to beach was nice otherwise.

We love this area. This property is the closest to dining and has a great access to the beach. Staff is friendly, and the updated studio was perfect for us. Great shower!

We so loved to quaintness and convenience of the property. Then of course, right on the beach. We walked to the jetty and along the beach and even to dinner!!!
