第一次選擇民宿，非常驚喜，客廳房間都能看到椰子樹和大海，實際感受到的大海比照片更加遼闊，距離椰夢長廊不到兩百米，距離沙灘小几百米，滿足了北方人對大海的所有幻想。 房子大而簡潔乾淨，超出預期，是我喜歡的風格，目測面積不含公攤在150+平，三室兩衞，十分符合家庭旅遊的需求，床品很舒服，入住到離店都沒有人打擾，整體而言，給這次旅行加分不少。

説幾句吧，不是對這個民宿的吐槽，衹是真誠的評價。這個民宿的價格固然比較低，但是作為一個民宿領域的頭部企業（企業自己的評價），管理還是必須要跟得上。這個民宿的衞生很不理想，一個餐廳座椅的前面部有很多黑黴點，相當令人不舒服。很多細處，包括餐桌，餐桌墊布，高腳杯，餐桌上的一個工藝品，都很不衞生，都沒有擦拭到位，甚至工藝品上有蜘蛛網，我在吃午飯前，把餐桌上所有道具都拿到了廚房，用自己的紙巾沾水把餐桌擦了三遍，才敢使用。小孩子睡覺不老實，床邊擺滿餐椅來圍擋，擺放前把所有的椅子背面都擦了兩遍。還有玻璃隔斷，全都很多的水漬或者是污漬。洗手間也給人感覺整體都不太衞生。窗紗上也是很多灰塵。應該很久沒有做細緻的衞生清潔工作導致的。洗手間的坐便看似高級，但是坐便圈連一次性馬桶套都套不上，並不便捷，當然這是房子固有的，但是細節見真章，這是我的篤信。還有，入住自始至終，沒有問我們要身份證件，這應該不是正常的操作吧？入住前，把我加到一個羣裏，工作人員很多，負責介紹酒店整體情況，讓住客瞭解了一些酒店的優秀戰績，我感覺就是要你心裏有底，對我們放心的意思，並且告知住客，其中一位是您的管家，等等。可是，之後加我私信的是另一位工作人員，這都可以理解，無可厚非。入住當天，我們13點前已經入住了，當晚十點多都已經快睡著了，另一位原先安排給我的管家在羣裏問我您要幾點入住。我沒回應，也沒再有人追問我什麼。我感覺有點可笑。還有，問管家送些蚊香液，管家一個勁追問還有其他需要沒，一次性送完，導致後來衞生紙沒了都沒敢開口。工作人員的態度可見冰山一角吧。酒店的優點是小區很安靜，入住的人不多，但游泳池水有點不乾淨，房間內的硬件讓我最滿意的是有紗窗，可以 通風，市內有良好的味道和新鮮的空氣，這是很多公寓和酒店不具備的硬件。再補充一點，陽台上的小餐桌，木頭桌面都翹起來一半了。來的急走的急，又到了旅程的最後，疲勞之下臨出發前緊急拍了幾張照片。這個品牌的民宿在三亞很多分店，我選的這一間價格偏低，可是我覺得價格低不應該跟低標準劃等號，硬件條件可以低一些，園區位置可以偏僻一些，衞生標準千萬要抓住，家外之家，旅途之家，乾淨 安全，最為關鍵。不得不發如上感慨，做企業不容易，樹立品牌更加不易，鞏固江山，任重道遠。
