乾淨整潔衞生，服務態度好，地理位置去哪都方便，億恆夜市走路10分鐘可到達。門前耶夢長廊。周邊美食也很多。

是在一個小區內，那棟樓叫海辰閣，16樓5A電話自助取卡，付款寶先用後付的我不用驗證身份，非常適合社恐人士。小區樓什麼的有些舊，勝在有泳池。我住的這間屋子超級大，陽台也特別寬敞！但是帶小孩的要注意，陽台柵欄空隙可能會卡住小寶寶的頭。確實是江景，雖然前面有幾棟樓擋着，不過也不影響觀景。最重要的是，他們家準備了洗衣機和衣掛！洗衣機很好用，四十多分鐘就可以解決一天的汗味兒衣服，晾曬一晚上基本都幹了！但是要自備洗衣液哦。然後洗澡熱水秒出水，不用等待不錯。建議自備一次性馬桶墊和一次性牙刷就行。牙刷有但是不太好用。剩下其他都很好，空調也有，製冷也行，就是聲音大點，另外因為交通方便，會聽見飛機的聲音，睡眠要求特別高的要準備耳塞。最後這個酒店出了門都是好吃的，來的晚了也不用擔心會餓。但是小區內停車一晚上要收費10元哦，自駕遊注意。

這房間必須十分滿意，環境不錯又有海景，下樓就海邊和椰夢長廊，房內設施一應俱全，有洗衣機，小冰箱，空調，風扇等等，億隆夜市走路15分鐘左右就能到，晚上在陽台上的桌子吃飯，面對大海，視野開闊，十分愜意，透明的落地窗户躺在床上也能看海。主要房東大哥特別親切敞亮，東北人相當靠譜！

來三亞旅遊從網上找了酒店 看了看還是看上這家民宿 就定下來住了 周邊環境都很好 也靠近三亞灣 房間衞生很好 很乾凈。睡覺醒打開窗簾一眼望過去都是海景 我們都聯繫住了三天 下次來三亞我們還會訂這家民宿 👍👍👍

出門🚪走路五六分鐘到海邊很方便，孩子喜歡玩水，走路就到了，玩沙游泳，離超市也很近買東西很方便！！！

設施：熱水器、冰箱、電視、無線網絡，最後在衞生間門後加掛鈎。
衞生：合格，陽台的桌椅比較臟。
環境：二線海景，聊勝於無。小區總體安靜，就是早上樓下垃圾清運太早了，容易被吵醒。
服務：不錯，有問題能及時處理，但有時沒人在辦公室。
