It is recommended to stay here with children 🥰. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and had a great time. We booked a lake view family suite, and the hotel upgraded it to a lake view family suite. Doris, the hotel's experience ambassador, contacted me on WeChat a day in advance and helped provide a lot of information. The service was very good. Room: The tiles in the parent-child suite are very nice, as are the background walls. The hotel also helped me put together a bed, which made it much more convenient to take care of my children. The room has an air purifier, a child's toilet, bunk beds + a slide, a large bathtub on the balcony, and a relatively large shower room. The water pressure is very good and the temperature is just right. No adjustment is needed. Hotel parent-child facilities: 1⃣️The children's swimming pool on the first floor is at a constant temperature and has bubble parties. Children especially like to play. The cloud swimming pool on the third floor is endless and very beautiful for taking pictures. There is a shallow swimming pool for children and a round heated swimming pool. 2⃣️The playground on the first floor is very large. Although it is suitable for older children, our two-year-old child also likes to climb there. Developed her climbing skills. Although the playground on the second floor is smaller, the child particularly likes it and can play for a long time. She likes the trampoline very much. 3⃣️Food: A set meal for parents and children on the second floor was given, for two adults and one child. It's Western food, and the pizza tastes very good. Caifenglou on the first floor is less crowded, but the food is quite delicious. Breakfast: The breakfast is very rich, including Baoluo noodles, noodles, rice noodles, and many toppings, side dishes and side dishes. The seafood and barbecue in the evening are very fresh, and the roasted pork belly is really delicious! ! They also gave us freshly wrapped green dumplings, which are delicious! It was already past 11 o'clock when we checked in, but she still quickly asked about the content that needed to be booked and immediately contacted the next day's appointment for filming, as well as various activities for children. Great!

The housekeeper Xiyao is very responsible, considerate and courteous. The hotel is new and clean, and all the staff are very polite. The hotel upgraded the lake view room for free to a sea view room. The room is large and has a balcony. The balcony has a clothes drying rack and a large bathtub. The hotel's facilities are very considerate. Bring your children over 1.4 meters. Breakfast is also free, especially the family buffet dinner package is charged according to the children. Xiyao responded to all the hotel questions in a timely manner and was very patient. She prepared gifts for the children, which was also unexpected. There was a small cake the night before leaving the store. It tasted very good. The new hotel has no smell. Everything is very satisfactory! I will choose Hualuxe next time!

Environment: It is a hotel where you can stay with your children for a few days without leaving the house. The hotel restaurant is delicious and the environment is good. It is very affordable in Yalong Bay. 2 children can eat lunch in the Chinese restaurant for 120+ per person. The buffet dinner is also delicious, and the restaurant manager takes good care of the children. Service: The hotel housekeeper Xiyao's service is very considerate, and I give her a thumbs up. If you need it, send the green bubble software to communicate, and she can help solve it quickly. When you don't want to disturb her at night, use the room phone to call the service center, and you can also respond quickly to the service and solve the problem. The overall advantages of the hotel are that it is a new hotel, there is no odor, the restaurant tastes good, there are not many people in the off-season, the housekeeper Xiyao is very good, there are many children's activities, and the semi-open children's playground is very large, so the children can run around. The hotel does not have a private beach, but a public beach with exclusive beach chairs for the hotel. I think the price and service are OK in the off-season, and I will not comment on it in the peak season.

The hotel is new, spacious, beautiful, with very well-kept grounds, convenient for staying with children. There are also play areas, a children's pool with slides, a lot of *****************, as well as other activities for children. The beach is within walking distance, there are cafes nearby where you can eat inexpensively, there is a mini-market with various goods, and if you need larger shops, then literally 500 meters from the hotel, there is an underground supermarket in the central square, and a bunch of other shops nearby.
