Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

The room is clean and beautiful, with the sea as the window. The breakfast is served in the room and is quite rich. The spa is a little not hot enough in winter. The balcony is comfortable, and you can watch the sea, sunrise and sunset without going outside. The location is very convenient to the city center attractions. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the parking lot. It is like this here. Google map will take you to the end of a road and you need to walk 2 minutes.

Facilities: There is a private pool at the door of each room. Although it is not the private balcony and swimming pool I thought, it is not bad. The room is fully equipped with various disposable items, and there is also a kettle. It is not easy to have these things in Greece. Since there was only one cheapest room left when I booked the room, the location is at the corner of the two rooms, which is not as good as the rooms next to it, but it does not prevent you from walking out a few steps to see the beautiful scenery. Hygiene: The room is very clean and the swimming pool is also clean. Environment: The hotel on the cliff has beautiful scenery. It takes about 15 minutes to walk through the main road and small road after getting off the bus. The taxi can go to the small road at the back door of the hotel, and it only takes 2 minutes to walk in. Service: The front desk and the waiter are very enthusiastic. Although our English is not good and we can only communicate with the translator, we said that we would leave by plane at 8:30 the next morning and needed a taxi. The front desk immediately booked a taxi at 6:45 the next morning and arranged for the waiter to help us take our luggage out. The service was very thoughtful. Because we missed breakfast that day, we were given some airplane meals. We needed water after going out, so we told the front desk and they immediately sent two bottles of water to the room. It was a pity that we didn't use a bottle of water and were not allowed to return it.

The staff is friendly and kind. The room is very clean and has plenty of space. There is no problem with humidity even in the cave hut. The bathroom facilities are also very tidy and new. The small jacuzzi in the room is also cleaned by staff every day. My husband injured his foot, and the staff allowed us to stay at the hotel until 12:30 before checking out. They also specially arranged for staff to check our luggage for us ❤️

Very good. I stayed a few more days. The service was very good. The location is very good. It is in the center of Fira and convenient to go everywhere. There are also Chinese restaurants around, which is convenient for day trips.

The environment is very good. The price may be a little high for us, but the experience is really good. By the way, don't bring too much luggage, because there are many steps on the island...
