The hotel is in a good location, a great cliff hotel, facing the sea. The lady at the hotel front desk has good service and can help book a taxi to the airport. The seven-seat Mercedes-Benz only costs 25 euros to go to the airport. Breakfast is a self-service type. The dishes are all freshly cooked and very good. The chef is very enthusiastic. After staying for two days, everyone became friends.

The room is big, the bathroom is big, and the toiletries are high-end.
The hotel can help you book a taxi for the airport shuttle.
The location is not in the town, but if you don't mind, you can actually walk to the town slowly. We walked three or four times, haha.

IRA was by far a great place to stay. Close to Fira and the shops. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The property was beautiful and just enough for a relaxing stay. The views are stunning and well worth the stay.

I love the hotel, very cozy room and nice view of the caldera. The front desk which I believe is the owner was very nice and accommodating.
The best of all was the breakfast they served us every morning, the server is fantastic, he is very kind and friendly, and foods are great.

This was the best hotel for bed and pillow comfort and the TV offered several options for entertainment and news in English. The property was also close walking distance to Fira where nearly all the shopping abd restarants were located for Santorini.
