Estive novamente neste hotel em dezembro de 2021 e janeiro de 2022 com hospedagens rápidas de 1 e 2 dias. Minha primeira visita tinha sido em 2016. O hotel continua bem limpo. Gosto muito da sua localização. A internet wifi é de excelente qualidade, uma evolução significativa desde a minha primeira estadia em 2016. Consegui trabalhar online (ministrar aulas e participar de eventos) com tranquilidade. O hotel estava mais barulhento neste último período. Crianças correndo no corredor e arrastar de cadeiras do hóspede do quarto que estava em cima atrapalharam um pouco o sossego. Café da manhã é bom, embora tenha piorado um pouco a diversidade de opções em relação a 2016.

Not hot water in the showers but staff are friendly

I stayed in the upper room, which is large, and the bed was also, but the cleaning was bad; the breakfast was served well, with a variety of fruits, sweets and baking, but it was a nose, and they don't cover the food and the mosquitoes are freely landing. I went to complain to the manager, except for misleading her name is Angela, and she received me cynically asking if the guest who was next to me had seen some mosquito in the place. She rose up with me and was a grievous discussion, and I was threatened to be tried because I told the other guests that the food was contaminated, and I never saw a manager so unprepared for the function. The owner of this hotel has urgently to renew the staff.
