地理位置和設施在Santa Monica的性價比不高，並不推薦。
因為我訂了海景大床房，所以理所當然的拿了頂樓的房間。但在服務細節上，真的太失望。
房間裏不提供飲用水，沒有水杯，沒有熱水壺，沒有一切常規的用品。還好我自己帶了足夠的咖啡飲料和小電鍋。
房間裏的提供的洗漱品牌也不咋滴，在絕大多數的五星酒店都跟換成一線品牌的護膚品以後，遇到這種雜牌（一晚3000-4000）還真的很驚訝。反正我也不用。
遇到最不能容忍的事情就是，我衹是問一下我的房間裏能不能加一個咖啡桌和2張椅子，方便我看日落，結果被前台大聲的數落了一番。我一下子沒反應過來，我到底是不是客人😂 還好攜程的客服解決問題效率一級棒，瞭解情況後，處理的非常滿意，酒店也及時送上了道歉，並把桌椅放進了房間裏。但為什麼一開始就不能好好講話呢。
第二件事，入住第二天遇上酒店員工鬧矛盾（罷工）7點被警報聲（火警，救護車和警車聲），我老公穿着浴袍就跑下樓了……虛驚一場。不過，跟攜程客服溝通後，酒店也表示的歉意和補償。
總體感覺吧，4000一晚上太不值了！不如看看同一條街的其他2000-3000的選擇吧。

Great location, walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Be sure to hit Main street for more unique shopping. Hotel was clean and quiet. Only thing missing was a balcony but the windows still opened and allowed for the beach breeze and sunshine. Room was always made up upon our return. Would come back and stay again!

Housekeepers and restaurants were on strike during our stay. They were out front on drums and yelling and horns from7am to 5 pm everyday crazy

Not what you’d expect when going on vacation. Hotel staff was on strike so there was no service, early wake ups with loud banging noises and unsafe conditions outside not allowing us to use a front door

The staff and front deck team were warm, authentic, welcoming, understated, and sincere. Free bikes to cruise the boardwalk from Santa Monica pier to Venice, free and unlimited bottles of water and great location. We really liked the vibe in this very fine property which stands out as a nice place to stay when so many options exist today.

The only reason I couldn’t give Viceroy a 5 Star Rating is that the Hotel is in an apparent Contract Dispute with their Housekeepers. On Saturday morning at 8 am, a group of Protesters set up drums, loud speakers and used blow horns just below the Ocean Facing Guest Rooms in front of the Hotel Lobby and proceeded to loudly protest the Hotel.for over an hour.
The Hotel did not offer any concessions for the inconvenience, We went to the Lobby Restaurant and had breakfast and the music had been turned up to muffle the sounds of the Protestors. We then left the Hotel for the day to escape the noise. We have no idea how long it lasted. But it impacted the one Full Day we had in Santa Monica. Which was unfortunate for us.
The Hotel has been tastefully updated and has a fun Lobby and Restaurant. It seemed to have a coffee shop walk up area but it didn’t seem to operate as such and was confusing. Looked as though they changed their minds about offering a coffee service. Again that was disappointing.
Staff was Excellent in every possible way.
