Nice clean rooms, helpfully staff, has a swimming pool

第一次碰見沒搞衞生的酒店，一進門裡麪亂七八糟的。特別糟心。半夜那個洗手間的水龍頭居然關不了，真的夠折騰，要不是離客户公司近，真的不要選這裏。衞生差，設施舊。服務算熱情，

很糟糕，第一次入住，房間沒打掃，打開房間門一堆臟毛巾。服務員態度很好，給我換了房間。第二天早點五點上洗手間後，馬桶的水沒法關了，一直放水到8點服務人員來，又給我換了一個房間。夠折騰的。

No much around… (cafés, restaurants, etc…) Keep up the good work

The hotel is located in the industrial area of Lisbon. It was adequately clean. The staff we found were not very friendly and said they were too busy to give assistance when needing help checking in for our flight. When pressured they finally gave us some help. Breakfast buffet had a good assortment and the breakfast lady manager worked very hard while her 2 assistants were slow and un-engaging. She certainly needed more help. The dinner staff was extremely slow. It took a long time for them to acknowledge you were there even present though the restaurant area was practically empty. It then took them over a half hour to fix an omlette with fries.

The air conditioning wasn't working in either room on the same floor, so we had to traipse down to reception with all our luggage before they re-allocated us to two new rooms on a different floor. Switches in all four rooms we had the pleasure of visiting worked intermittently and in fact one of them was hanging off unsafely. The phone in the bathroom is a rather unique feature. To add to this rather dated and tired hotel located at what appears to be the edge of an industrial estate, we had to pay twice for our rooms. These rooms were booked in clerical error, as we needed them 3 weeks previously when we were actually in Lisbon. We booked them the night before and not 24 hours later arrived at the hotel to realise we had somehow unwittingly booked the wrong date!! We had booked non-refundable rooms as we needed them for the next day. The hotel were uncompromising and uncompassionate to the point of being insolent - there would be no refund - we would have to pay again. There was no management available - only junior members of staff. ******* were no help in this matter.

Great hotel, not best location in terms of seeing the main parts of lisbons or travelling to the beaches but the hotel itself was great

The only advantage is the proximity to the airport and good value for money. Noisy from air traffic and degraded surroundings.
