Quality Inn Santa Fe New Mexico

Very loud area. Upon arrival there was no one to greet me or check me in. Tried calling the provided front desk number with no answer. Ended up waiting for 45 minutes after making a 13.5 hour drive.

The outdoor pool was disgusting. There was a weird pipe knocking in our room all night. The breakfast was only cold food, at least there were hard boiled eggs.

Our bikes were stolen during the nigjt, policeman told us very unsafe area, motel didnt care, no cameras woking were the truck was parked, terrible experience

It is so clean and refreshing and inviting! Staff is really friendly! I’ve stayed in numerous places in SANTA FE over the past 20 years ! I consider this one to be one of the best !!!

Room sheets smelled cigarettes and when asked to change it the lobby said it was not a single room to change us. We had to move to another hotel and showed the lobby all the rooms empty. Lobby said hotel policy. No dronsesk at all we had to go inside the office to ask for help

At first they put me in a room that hadn’t been cleaned, then I was put in a room that someone else had already checked in to. I understand mistakes happen, but I had to move rooms twice.

I guess you get what you pay for, every night I stayed I was awaken by crazy loud people hanging out outside walking around. I felt as if I couldn’t sleep and needed to stay alert that my car wasn’t being vandalized or someone trying to break in. Felt really unsafe not to mention after check in and exploring the room I spotted dirt on the floor in the bathroom and just overall cleanliness wasn’t satisfactory but like I said you get what you pay for, I wouldn’t stay here again even if they paid me. Staff was great really helpful and attentive that’s all this hotel has going for them sorry not sorry.

The desk person was rude when I called to let them know that the TV wasn't working. Also the door didn't seal well, so was nervous about someone trying to break in.

The price was unbeatable for the value. Thank you choice hotels. This is the 2nd choice hotel I’ve stayed at this month and the first one was excellent too.
