Recommended for those who enjoy life. Check-in is a premium service. Someone helps with luggage. There is fragrance at night. You can choose from three flavors. Slippers and sleeping chocolates are provided at night. The hotel is tastefully designed and the view from the roof is great. Convenient transportation is also a big highlight. The room I stayed in was quite compact.

Stayed here for my honeymoon. Everything was great and the staff were very friendly. The location, service, and facilities were all a good experience. Also, the view of the Alhambra Palace from the hotel's rooftop bar was very spectacular.
Next time I come to Granada, this is a hotel I want to stay in again.

The old bank was converted into a new hotel, which is both luxurious and tasteful. The area is particularly good and convenient, close to the cathedral, and the rooftop bar overlooks the Alhambra Palace.

This is a weird hotel. It is elegant but ignores all details. It wants to use high technology but lacks this and that. The doors are transparent. The only chair in the room cannot be pulled out or sat on. There is no night light in the room. You have to turn on the headlights to wake up your partner when you go to the bathroom at night. In short, the designer who designed this hotel should have no hotel design experience.

Fantastic property!! It's actually an bank that has been converted into a hotel and very charming. Amazing location in central Granada right by the cathedral. Superb customer service and modern facilities. We appreciated the welcome Cava and chocolates waiting for us at the suite. Breakfast buffet wonderful and the attention to detail on all aspects was excellent. Highly recommend!

Didn’t realize when we booked that this hotel was quite new and built in a former historic bank. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the atrium was quite nice however there is no real restaurant within the hotel. There is the option to order food at the bar which is nice, though a small area. Our room had no external windows, just a window/balcony door into the atrium which was nice to get some airflow. The lights in the room were almost too high tech! Even though they attempted to explain the buttons when they helped us up with our luggage, it took us a while to figure it out. Also the shower was quite small and it unfortunately leaked into the rest of the bathroom. We didn’t utilize it but they had a pillow bar with many different options of pillow types which I thought was a cool concept. Great location within walking district of the cathedral which you also got great views of from the rooftop (as well as the Alhambra).
