Hotel with good structure, sauna, swimming pool, the apartment I stayed is very good, wide, with hydromassage, two rooms, two bathrooms, TV room, mini-wave kitchen and fridge, all was to be very good, but ... The check-in was scheduled for 14:00, but I only got into the apartment at 17:00, because the staff had ”forgotten” to clean the apartment, I had to wait at the reception, at the moment I reported my insatisfaction because I lost 3 hours in my daily, I asked for a late check-out to compensate and was denied and no discount was offered to me in the daily. To complete my insatisfaction breakfast is very weak, in quality and variety, incompatible with the value of the daily, I know he is tertiary, but that is not my problem. In short, the hotel has a good structure, but it lacks a proper management.

Prós: Perto de BH, ambiente calmo, recreação para crianças o dia todo, piscina boa. Contra: Local não tem muita acessibilidade, refeições muito medianas, check in confuso. Estive em janeiro com minha família, sendo 2 crianças. Confesso que fui atraído pelo preço da diária, sendo bem mais em conta comparado com outros do mesmo estilo com pensão completa. Olhei as avaliações aqui no trip antes de ir e fui sabendo que poderiam haver ”surpresas”. Minha maior reclamação é com relação a alimentação: o que tem postado no Instagram deles, de mais de 1 ano atrás, não reflete a realidade. Não tem fogão a lenha, pouquíssimas opções no almoço e jantar, falta tempero, quase todos os dias tive que complementar o sal das minhas refeições. O café da manhã era bom, mas claro que poderia ter mais opções de frutas. Eu optei por escolher o apto box, que na realidade são contêineres adaptados para apto. É funcional, espaço bom, mas a acústica não é muito boa. É fácil ouvir os vizinhos de cima e dos lados. Fica próximo à lagoa, local calmo e arejado, bem no final do hotel. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado que não funcionava e demoraram 2 dias para trocar a gente de quarto. No Instagram e na recepção cita atracoes como pedalinhos, standup padle, prainha. Não vimos nada disso nos 6 dias que ficamos por lá. O hotel não tem muita acessibilidade: muitos morros, escadas, banheiros acessibilidade. Com certeza idosos com mobilidade reduzida ou PCD terão alguns desafios por lá. Na minha opinião falta cuidado e zelo: a sala de jogos por exemplo tem sinuca, totó, ping pong, mas tudo em péssimo estado de conservação. Enfim, fui uma estadia mais barata, foi possível descansar e curtir as piscinas, meus filhos se divertiram, por isso deixo essa avaliação neutra. Fui ciente de alguma dessas reclamações e espero ajudar na decisão para aqueles na queiram conhecer.
