Hotels near Taft Law School in Santa Ana

it was OK, but not good for people who come for business trip. There is no conference room here....it's a pity

We had the opportunity to stay at this location for the last part of July. We had a number of swimmers that were attending two separate swim meets and the hotel was beyond accommodating. Rooms were clean, swimmers were fed each morning (and that is a huge feat), and the staff bent over backwards to ensure the conference room was cleaned before each team meeting.

I just want to say thank to Priscilla the head of CLC, and vero they was really nice at the reception. Both of them need a raise I recommend Comfort Inn It's a very quiet place and the food is very good

I want to take a moment to applied this wonderful and almost hidden property here in Irvine California. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Irvine for the past five years during Fourth of July to keep our pets calm and relax. That is a lovely property (see my T.A. Review for our experience there as well...) and we were sad when we heard they were closed due to the health crisis that we hope will pass. When we arrived, we were greeted with authentic and happy staff members to check us in. This is always a great sign of a soon to be successful visit. We took care of the paperwork which took about one We arrived in the evening and we were greeted with big smiles from a very welcoming staff. Very wonderful first impression and it only took one or two minutes at the most to complete the paperwork and we were invited to our room. The room is clean and has the amenities for cooking with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes that made it seem like home right away. The bathroom was extremely clean and even we were treated with designer soap and shampoo that we never had it any other properties which might not seem like much, but it really is a nice touch to show that this organization invests in their guest’s stay. It is a unique time to travel in the world but my family and I just simply don’t really wear masks or anything like that because we are healthy and we stay out of public places for the most part. No one at the staff was pushing us to live or act a certain way, but they all had masks on and we’re very pleasant about what we have to do in this time. Just to clarify, we are not against wearing masks… We were just excited to leave our home and the fireworks behind and just walked in the building without them on because there were no signs to say otherwise. We were not met with any attitude to do anything different or so. We were just greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was pleasant at all hours of the day and night when we needed anything. There is an on-site laundry facility as well as generous snacks that one can pay for in a room that is adjacent to the wonderful gym that is accessible 24 hours a day and the staff will allow one or two members in the gym at a time. When a person finishes working out or training, they will close the gym until they clean it and make it welcoming for the next guest. This is a great touch and I used this wonderful gym that was more than accommodating. The reason why I am leaving this review is I’m still on the property and every time we go to walk our dogs outside, we meet a new staff member or just simply walked by someone we haven’t seen, and they are always smiling and checking on us and making us feel welcome. Any property can have the finest amenities and greatest location, all of these things are great… But this property has great people that take care of their guests and this is the best experience my family and I have invested in in our 10 years in California. For our Disneyland trip we used this hotel. When we arrived everyone was very friendly but was a bit disappointed that my only two options for parking was self parking for $25 and valet for $30 per day. As this was our first time going on a proper vacation. Guess I should have read more carefully because I also thought it said breakfast was included like a continental type but no it just says breakfast available and it can get pricey. The food is good though. This hotel is about 9 min away from the Disneyland parking lot which was great. There are stores and restaurants near by. The view is limited and if wanting to have a Disneyland view this is not the place. We were only able to see the tower and a few lights at night. But over all very comfortable, clean and friendly.

Due to a flood in our house we had to stay for over 1 week while repairs were being done. From the reservation being made to our stay in a wonderful, clean 2 bed patio suite was flawless. The gentleman at the front desk graciously helped to accommodate our stay with great professionalism and politeness. Highly recommend this quiet, clean, modern hotel.Breakfast is included and Carolyn is so pleasant and friendly . I have no complaints and look forward to returning very soon for part 2 of our renovations. Thank you to all the staff, you certainly all show great pride in coming to work. Excellent customer service! Check in was super easy and when I asked where the nearest drug store was because I forgot my toothbrush the really nice lady (shame on me for forgetting her name) went to the back and brought me a new toothbrush and toothpaste without me asking for her help. Sometimes the littlest things can make the biggest difference! And the valet fellas were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. I actually ended up staying here because of a bad experience I had at one the convention hotels down the street. I left that hotel and found the Hyatt Regency Orange online and I checked in around 9pm. Boy was that a blessing in disguise! I saved around $500!! And the Hyatt was just as nice as the other hotel if not NICER! Thanks Hyatt!

I have to say we were a bit disappointed in this Fairfield Inn property. They charge a $12 a day for parking in a non- secured open parking lot. They charge a $18+ a day tourism-leisure fee. Really? With these additional charges I'd expect a room where the drapes aren't ripped. They don't do daily room cleaning but are good about doing it if requested and bringing additional towels and coffee if needed. They might want to think about a trash run in the hallways every morning as many put their fast food trash piled outside of their room each night. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. With more than an hour left of their breakfast hours, they ran out of many items. And there's not a lot to choose from. Their staff does a good job keeping the tables clean after each use though. They have a good variety of snacks for purchase in the little market. All in all, I don't think I'd stay here again for the price they charged and we had a special rate.

First of all, the environment is OK, relatively quiet, the nearby Plaza can be driven for a few minutes. Disadvantages, the facilities are old, even damaged, some rooms have a smell, accurately is damp moldy smell, concentrated in the living room, very affecting the accommodation experience. The SPA pool is very foamy and the disinfectant bleach tastes very strong and is not very good. In short, if you want affordable suite space, it is OK. But after all, it's a penny, don't expect too much from here. If you want a good suite, choose some high-end hotels.
