服務給一般是因為沒有早點，説做早點的阿姨不幹了，正在找，周圍衹有麥當勞肯德基（肯德基還不開空調，巨熱）路口有賣早點的，但衹能打包回酒店吃，不太方便，其他都還不錯，不是鬧市區，但挨着萬達，人也不少，吃飯沒有精品，但能滿足基本要求。

奕澤酒店入住體驗很棒，輕奢風，細節中透着滿滿的巧思，各方面都極為滿意，特別是退房時間定在下午2點前感覺很貼心，因為上午考完試還可以回來午休一下，贊贊贊👍🏻，等我進了面試還來這裏住，哈哈😃（照片衹拍了走廊，波浪起伏狀的走廊，印象深刻）

酒店位於萬達廣場對面，出去吃飯逛街很方便，酒店比較新，房間衞生工作做的很好，空調也很給力，衞生間有智能馬桶蓋，真棒!

回三明算首選了，之前住過幾次還不錯，都一直有入住，這次體驗非常差，相信不會有下一次了，雖然我7點入住， 但是我辦公完2點洗個澡 準備睡覺 發現有腳印 立馬打電話給前台，前台説拿一塊布蓋住不就好了，這是一塊布的問題嗎？ 也有可能是我小題大做了，我接受不了，後面要求換一個房間，結果也是我不喜歡的尾房 ，我直接退房了！

房間設施總體來説還可以，電視是廣電的盒子不能投屏，馬桶是智能馬桶。酒店對街就是萬達廣場，去市區中心也方便。就是前台開房不是很嚴謹，給我開的房間裏面上一任房客還在休息，一進去我和對方同時嚇一大跳，後面改開了另一間房，這方面需要加強
