店面大堂還可以，但是訂房時不知道客房是在地下室，有點不爽，客房有衞生間，沒有窗户，房間比一米八床寬一點點，感覺很逼仄，牆紙比較陳舊，有破損，也有發黴的痕跡，門口不能鎖，衹能用鏈條扣住，與一百多的價格不匹配。

唯一不足的是熱水來得有點慢，附近夜宵夜市很多，超市就在附近。

環境算可以，臨江景房，但衞生實在太差，床單居然有血跡，連被也有小許，是我太大意沒有一進房就檢查，因為玩得太累，躺下就睡，第二天起床，才驚訝的發現床單有血跡，嚇得我半死，嚴重懷疑房間沒換床單，衞生堪憂。因為已經睡完才發現，也不好去找老闆娘理論😭。燒水壺也是壞的，枱麪的2瓶礦泉水也要收錢，另的賓館是免費的。

賓館老闆娘好熱情,給了江邊房,超俸的江邊境色，美。 三江鼓樓，風雨僑,鳥巢步行衹要幾分鐘。 去程陽八寨的公交站步行一公里左右。 對面就是大超市。 吃的賣的也方便。超俸。
