I was harrased by half dressed male member of staff in the middle of the night (there was no one else in the dorm so no one to help me). Horrible experience that can't be forgotten easily. Didn't sleep the rest of the night, in the morning just took my bag and ran away.

En nuestro caso hemos sido un grupo de 41 estudiantes entre los cuales habíamos 4 profesores ya desde el inicio la gestión ha sido nefasta vendiendo que el precio por persona incluía desayuno y a la llegada (a las 5 de la tarde) nos dijeron (todo vía telefónica) que nos cobraban 1,8€ por persona, cuando aceptamos esa condición por simple comodidad, nos dicen que no es posible porque habría que haberlo contratado con más tiempo porque todo son productos “frescos”, a la mañana siguiente tras hacer uso de los baños y duchas con escasa limpieza por no decir inexistente, al igual que la ropa de cama, por caridad nos sacan tres cajas de leche caducadas y un brick de zumo, además la persona responsable en ningún momento ha venido para aclarar o intentar solucionar problemas surgidos. ¡¡¡No lo recomiendo en absoluto!!!

Una mala experiencia, mala ventilación, los baños comunes si puede llamar baño. Un cubículo en el que era difícil casi girar dentro de ely sin limpiar. Un lavabo entre dos paredes en el pasillo. Difícil acceso para mi persona. Seguido de dos duchas en las que se acumulaba el agua. No tienes zona privada en la que puedas cambiarte de ropa. Contratamos el servicio de desayuno. Lo único que nos ofrecieron dos cajas de leche PASADAS DE FECHA DE CONSUMO y una caja de zumo. El encargado no dio respuesta, se quedó con el pago. La almohada fina como una hoja MALA EXPERIENCIA.

Medidas anti-COVID no cumplidas por parte de los empleados ni por los huéspedes. Habitaciones muy sucias. Duchas muy sucias. Baños mejorables. Personal muy amable. Muy caro para el servicio que están dando a los viajeros. No volvería a repetir, creo que prefiero dormir al lado Del Río.

La localización es muy buena, se encuentra cerca de la estación de autobuses.
Las instalaciones como el baño y la cocina no son tan limpias como debería ser para un lugar con tantos huéspedes ya que solo limpian una vez al día.
La chica de la recepción que estuvo en el turno de la tarde no era para nada amable.
