Stayed for one day and had a great experience. The hotel facilities and breakfast were very good. The restaurant staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel was safe and the room was quiet and noise-free. I recommend everyone to stay here. It’s good value for money.

The stay was very pleasant. Staff attended to all our needs immediately. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist.
Loved the hotel and specially the staff. This will be our hotel from now on in San Luis Potosí, México!!!

Everything was amazing, the staff was kind and courteous, special mention to Norma from the restaurant, and all the ladies overall attending during the breakfast buffet. The steakhouse downstairs was great too!

Was only here for one night before our trip back home. Hotel was very clean and adequate. Hotel Lobby is on the fourth floor, so you have to take two elevators to get to the room (get off the first elevator, walk through lobby and to the next set of elevators). Was located in an interesting area, as we had to go through a small residential neighborhood to get to it, but there was a maserati dealrship half a block away, so felt like it was probably a better part of town (although it was a bit of a drive to the city Center).

The hotel is nice but the service is very poor. At the restaurant/bar, the food takes hours to be ready and its not good or fresh at all. The pool bar service is also very very slow.
At the check out, they didnt have my info right.
Its a nice hotel, rooms are good size, confortable and clean but the service is no good.
