I hated my 3 nights stay at this hotel. Everything was a struggle. Toiletries and loo roll for the first 2 days have not been replenished; I had to go and fetch them in the toilet down near the spa. The TV was not synchronised with the remote, eventually was changed and worked, the safe was not working, the room was dark and uncomfortable with a monstruosity for a headboard. No kettle in the room. Breakfast was already scarse and if you don’t eat anything with sugar added nor process meat, was very little left. The pool and all outdoor area extremely unkempt, chairs covered with birds poo, stained sun loungers, no paddings nor a towel on sight. Should not be advertised at this time of the year if not maintained and customers are unable to use it. I cannot believe this is a 4 stars hotel. One of the lady at reception stunk of cigarettes smoke; very unpleasant when she came to look into the issue with the TV and left a trail of smell behind. Catalina on the other end was very informative.

The rooms are located around a morish styled area. The swimming pool is also within the walls and a great place to relax. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is really a treat! The dinner was really nice. What else do you want?

Nice pool, lovely gardens and courtyard.
The bed was comfortable, traditional style decor.
The Wifi unfortunately was very slow (no good for video calls, but ok for email).
I had breakfast and dinner in the hotel; the dinner was very nice. The breakfast was pretty good but the orange juice was from a carton (not fresh). Good coffee. Well stocked bar.

Welcome to the hotel of Peace and Tranquility! It has been a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in the middle of nature and very well located to visit the main coves and beaches. 7 minutes by car from the wonderful Isleta del Moro. It is not worth complaining about flies or mosquitoes because that is what you have to be in the middle of a natural park. In addition, the reception provided us with a device for mosquitoes. All staff very attentive at all times. Breakfast and dinners with quality food, very different from the sometimes repeated buffets of crowded hotels. 4 starters and 4 seconds and delicious desserts. Everything homemade. Pool with waterfall, also ideal for disconnecting because even if the hotel is full you won't even notice. Every day they left us a large bottle of mineral water, hey! it is appreciated. If you want to rest, disconnect and breathe, don't hesitate, we will repeat for sure!!

In the middle of nowhere, quite old decor, horrible bar-restaurant (I haven't tried the kitchen since, right next door, they have a great one, Oro y Luz). Good architecture, friendly service, expensive price for what it offers. In short, it seemed to me more like a spa than a spa, so it is perfect for getting bored or as a roadside hotel.

When we got to the room in the refrigerator we found a bag of started sausages and a pear from other guests. In the reservation we brought a welcome gift, which was none other than two small palm trees that are loose without laminating or anything, placed on a plate from the morning in the room's placemat and with more than 100 ants dancing on top. Incredible. In the pool area nothing to do with the photos, we asked days before if the pool was working and they answered yes, because it was not 100% because the waterfall was off and the Balinese beds were not assembled, only the wood or mats or canopy or anything. Totally disappointed.
