It's an old motel

The room smelled very loud. It still smelled after a long time after opening the door to ventilate. The lights in the room were broken. Only the bedside table lamp was usable. I'm sorry for the price.

Although it advertises both wired and wireless internet, they are not available in the room. The Wifi network is only strong enough to use at the reception desk. It's a really old building and the structure slows down or outright blocks phone service. Its fine if you literally only need a place to sleep and leave.

I got called into work and wouldn't be able to check in at 3pm or 11pm. So they let me put my daughters name in the reservation with no hassel.

Close to airport was the only plus. ******* advertised as with microwave and fridge. There was no microwave - the property manager said he has no microwaves as customers have 'technical issues with them'. Homeless people all over the property, with a low life liquor store next store. They have not updated anything for a lifetime... they still use mechanical keys (only 1 available). I remember the pictures on the walls from the 1950's... and not in a good way. There were three incandescent lights in the room; barely able to light the space. The light in the bathroom came on with a screaming fan; so you really can't use it. The manager was really condescending, acted as if he had a really exclusive property, did not provider wifi code until three trips back to the office. He made me sign three separate pieces of paper before I could access the room. Took 15 minutes for his paperwork. Room smelled filthy with chemical spray attempting to cover it up.

Bare-bones flophouse. No coffee in room; no coffee in the lobby. TV and wall heater worked. Bed was firm. Shower was well positioned for anyone 5' 4" or shorter; plenty of hot water and the drain drained. Not sure why this place is called "extended stay"; no fridge or microwave or kitchenette. Seedy liquor store and a dive bar are conveniently located next door.

Canceled my reservation with out any call or email saying ******* notified me when i didn’t receive anything. Almost ruined my trip in San Jose but thankfully I found another hotel right away at 9:30 pm when final check is was at 11pm.

The hotel inn was very worn out and needed some improvement and maintaining. The lights in my bathroom werent working correctly and were as dim as if they were off. The floor had these creaky floors and dead spots on the ground where you can feel it kinda sink in. The towels looked dirty and stained. But I guess okay for the price?

I didn't even stay in the room more than 10 minutes. I checked in, went to the room, saw cockroaches behind the bedside table, and went right back to the office to cancel my stay. Yet the front desk clerk didn't want to issue me a full refund. Avoid this place. If you see cockroaches in the daytime (as I did), you just know the building's infested with them. DON'T STAY HERE, NOT WORTH IT!

Very cheap place and it shows, if all you need is bed and bathroom

It’s an old facility and I experienced outage but very clean inside the room and staff are very kind.
