Had an issue with payment and receptionist was so unhelpful on the Sunday trying to double charge us for one night. Communication was terrible and she never explained that she was charging us for the room. The next day the receptionist changed and she was much more helpful and finally we received a refund. Overall okay stay just first day left a bad impression

The hotel itself is lovely, the staff were so friendly and the room huge and clean. The only downside we had was the amount of homeless and ********** in the road outside the hotel who were sometimes loud, we were advised to not walk the road at night and to never walk alone. The hotel was lovely though so if you can look past the people outside it’s worth it.

I don't often write reviews, and admittedly only write negative ones, but I'm making an exception in this case. I liked this hotel. The room was clean, and spacious, and the front desk staff was always nice and helpful. I'll give the breakfast five stars for free breakfasts. I know there are a lot of negative reviews about the homeless people on the streets, and there certainly are, but walking to restaurants, I was never bothered for handouts or anything else. I hate to waste food, so I carried my leftover out and certainly always found a willing recipient. Would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the price, especially with the parking included.
