The Bristol Hotel San Diego

Thr hotel overall was nice, the towels and showers could use a little upgrade.

It was very clean, very nice, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Walked in, was immediately greeted by the front desk lady. (Forgot her name) she upgraded our room to a suite. Bed was comfy! Slept in until 9am (we never sleep in past 6:30) We will return for another stay, for sure!

Staff was not friendly didn’t make any effort to accommodate my parking needs, inconveniently woke up too early by the loud sound of banging being caused by construction crew doing repairs on roof right above our room, front desk staff made no effort to attempt to rectify these situations with management or provide us with any information to contact someone in charge with authorization to compensate us for being disrupted during our and inconveniently having to be forced to leave by the excessive noise caused by construction directly above the room we paid for to make celebrating our anniversary a special occasion. The whole experience from the moment we pulled in to the valet to checking out unexpectedly early gave us the impression the staff didn’t respect us or the hotels reputation and policy regarding hospitality and comfort of its guests. I felt we were taken advantage by the way they advertised their establishment online utilizing a 3rd party to make reservations easy. I hope management will consider reviewing our experience and make corrections to their staff members cavalier attitude and ethics towards customer service industry. It would be gratefully appreciated to know our concerns were addressed by acknowledging the time spent filling this out wasn’t wasted, as we feel our money was, on saving to spend the night at their hotel to make celebrating our anniversary a special moment there instead of somewhere else. We always have a great experience at the Bristol the staff is very friendly in highly recommend

The Bristol was a 3day stop in the area. It was close to many attractions and walkable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel could use a little TLC but was acceptable. For the most part it was very quiet except our last night. Above us must have had a party. Eventually after being woken, things settled down.

Customer service good and friendly. Parking was abit expensive I guess that's the rates for the area. I had a few young people possibly experiencing their first time drinking alcohol, running up and down the hallway yelling and very loud in the room right across from me. Other than that, it's a good hotel.
