The room was very comfortable and clean. There are many choices for breakfast, and it is very rich, but the portion in the United States is a bit big. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic and helped to solve many problems.

The hotel service is very good, especially Serena, a Chinese employee at the front desk, helped me a lot during my stay and was very kind. Hotel facilities are average, but expected.

I do not appreciate a hotel where street parking is not allowed and is not in a heavy traffic part of town to then charge for parking. Also the fact that WIFI is an added charge at check in.
The in-room coffee machine is not great and only disposable coffee cup available.
Those reasons made me feel like I was in a lesser hotel. I will be staying at Air B&Bs in the future.

Everything was nice and clean. The room was very big and lots of space to get ready. The breakfast was good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again when I’m in San Diego the perfect location.

Staff was accommodating and nice. But when my girlfriend and I went to the bar/restaurant located downstairs, we were double charged and still are waiting to hear from the manager , I believe his name is Ricky. We have not received a call or email from any manager in regards to the manner.

Bare Bone room
Our King size bed, felt like a Futon with cheap thin covering
No caoet, one tiny area rug on 1 side of bed, not other
Extremely poor ventilation/Noisy sound of blowing flow of air… WHEN EVEN in off position
Was told by engineer room neede upgrading in area like this..
overpriced $42 valet parking
