Easy access to UTSA, restaurants, and shopping. Comfortable beds for larger people. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
My room was a little worn, however.

Hotel was conveniently located by UTSA allowing us to move our daughter into her dorm. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations fit our needs. I will book here anytime I need to go to UTSA.

I was surprised at how dirty the throw run was, it probably hadn’t been washed in well over a year or more b/c of all the dirt marks on it.

First off I’ll start the night staff was nowhere to be found. People waiting to check in and banging on the personnel work room only door nobody would come out. Phone was ringing left and right it went on for 6 hrs people left. Called Marriott to see if they had staff scheduled they informed me yes but nowhere to be found. The biggest disappointment was no hot water after 6 hrs of calling and banging on front desk I get a response all front desk personnel had to say was “don’t take a shower it’s that simple” really? I have a child that at wrong timing had bowel problems and no shower to rinse him packs of wipes won’t cut it. 3 days no hot water unacceptable.
