Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

The pool was closed the restraunt was closed parking was $35 a day. The room was not worth what I paid, paid 120 for one night plus the 35 for parking. Vallet guys were awesome though and the lady at the bar was awesome as well the front desk ladies were okay didn’t really explain anything to you. Just went to get away for a day and experience the river walk Alamo and the zoo did it all in one day.

We chose this hotel because of the location, easy walk to riverwalk, our favorite spot....just perfect. The staff & valet service were extremely helpful & courteous. The only thing we were not pleased was our room #610. It was not inviting, it seemed damp, was dark, couldn't open shades in the afternoon, too much sun. When we got there the shades were up & the room was very hot, took long to cool the room. In the morning, we enjoy the outside light, though. It just seemed that we were in a very small dull room. Oh, we would have enjoyed a microwave in the room. We just expected a little bit more for the price we paid. But we made the best of it & enjoyed out time there. Thank you for your service in making it comfortable.

The hotel is nice besides the dirty pillow case, clogged shower drain, unfinished paint in the room and lack of working heat. Check in staff was great, valets were grest until the final day while checking out when they required specific documentstion that was not required during the length of my stay. NOT RECOMMENDED

This property is a beautiful property and it is housed in a very quiet village. My only issue during my stay was the wifi in the room having a very low connection which resulted in me visiting the lobby often.

All around great,had to pay for valet parking but no biggie we loved to walk all over town in walking distance to the riverwalk.

The lobby was the most updated part of the hotel. Once you got to the rooms it was more akin to a motel than a hotel. The hotel either had updates that didn’t make sense for a hotel or the look was super outdated. I questioned its four star status. Felt more like a three star. The staff was awesome and made the best out of the circumstances of the hotel. My first night it was obvious that the room hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. I spoke to the staff the next day and they made sure to clean and it was noticeable. The cafe and restaurant are convenient and the staff there were awesome. I hated that it wasn’t clear at booking that fees would be charged for late check out. Unusual for hotels. I understand if there are no rooms available but as a policy doesn’t make sense. Other than that located at convenient location and minutes from most downtown attractions.

Didn’t even get the room I requested because the internet went down. Got here around 2 pm and still did not get it fixed during the night. We couldn’t even be provided with a door key which made me feel comfortable traveling on my own. Could hear everything outside of my room.

The hotel was great for our first stay’ close to the Riverwalk everyone loved it! Room had a mini bar I took a picture of how we found it and how we left it to avoid trouble because I knew I wasn’t going to pay $30 for anything from it! Still ended up being charged $26 for the minibar on top of the outrageous $35 parking fee. (Emailed the hotel and nothing yet) employee claims the system is down currently
