The hotel is located very conveniently.On the one hand, in a quiet place next to a shady boulevard, roses and fountains, on the other, within walking distance to the main attractions. such as Registan Square. Polite and highly qualified staff, comfortable room with large bathroom and a decent sized fridge. . The breakfast is very satisfying: pancakes, scrambled eggs, porridge, cheese, butter, bread, dried fruits, sweets, tea / coffee. We will definitely return to this hotel again with ours friends annd families.

The hotel is very new, far away from the busy city and very quiet. The hardware is very good, just like the pictures on Ctrip. The breakfast is rich. The guys at the front desk are very nice and can communicate easily in English. Friends traveling with us all said that this hotel was a treasure. Especially the environment around the hotel is comfortable and comfortable, especially suitable for a stroll under the sunset. The evening in Central Asia is very refreshing. Ctrip's price is good, wall crack recommended! This small hotel can be said to be a concentrated version of the architectural art of the 15th century Timur Empire, the most distinctive in the old town. Rooms, linen, service and Western-style Ukran meals are impeccable. During the stay, there are media shooting movies at the hotel. The handsome guy at the front desk is very good in English. Good four, clean room, friendly staff, 4-star breakfast, central location, quiet room, early check-in available at no extra charge. The downside is that the pool is small. I recommend to everyone

Rooms are so clean. Couldn't find a spot in any of the surfaces. Me been a hotelier and understand how important it is. It seemed no one occupied the room previously. Towels , amenities in pristine condition. Nadir from front desk , the lady at the restaurant who served breakfast are classic examples of how a hotel staff should be . Well done. Diyor Hotel is definitely a go. It’s in Registan Square vicinity and super near to anything. There’s a restaurant beside the hotel if you want a quick bite or if you decide to skip breakfast that the hotel provide. About the room, I have no complains. They have hot showers, dryer, electric kettle, blankets, aircon and tv. If you have an issue with your room, politely ask for a change. They will gladly do it. On the first day I came, my door was unable to lock. However, they immediately gave me a new room without any fuss. Also, twice I came down late for my complimentary breakfast. But there’s an elderly woman whom I called ‘Ama’ helped made me a nice one on both occasions. If case you don’t know, this is a family hotel. There’s also a young man named Anwar who managed the counter. Should you need any help, don’t be shy to ask him. On the day I need to leave, I asked him to wake me up at 4am because I had a flight to catch. He really did call my phone to wake me up. I really appreciate the service. I definitely recommend to those who wants to book a room here. I assure you will find it better than most. (Ps: I didn’t take any photo as I thought that since I have experienced nothing negative, I don’t need to take any.)

If the tour to Samarkand lasts more than 2 days, Silk Road hotels are your choice. It’s kind of like a suburb, but it’s 12 minutes by taxi to the center, 20 to the train station, 30 to the airport. Most of all, this area resembles the territory of an elite country club: a huge lake with boats, the Eternal City ethno park with art studios, wine tasting, a disco, security at the entrance to the territory, and everything is green and well-trained staff. You can safely choose any of the 5 hotels; they all offer an excellent level of service. There is specialization in the types of wellness programs (well, if necessary), but in general, each hotel is a hotel with a quality mark. They changed our hotel 2 days before check-in, but as compensation they kept the same price and gave us a better room. The breakfasts are such that they last until dinner, the products are of high quality, the preparation is beyond praise... we had them for an additional fee, but were worth every cent. The rooms are medium in size, but cozy, comfortable, the equipment installed is fantastic. Maybe that's why it sometimes crashes. But all problems are resolved instantly, the staff is clearly not only friendly and polite, they have undergone special training in hospitality, this is noticeable. The hotel is brand new, but this is probably 4+, although the food is 5 points. And at the same time, the hotel remains a place where not just professionals work, but nice and empathetic people. We were late for the train, a taxi was not called, the entire morning shift was involved in solving the problem, they helped, saw us off, and worried about us as if we were family. Respect. This became our key point - not just service, but a lot of warmth and involvement.

After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.
