Nossa estadia muito boa os colaboradores excelentes e prestativo principalmente a sra Beta a gerente única coisa que não fomos atendido foi uma tomada para carregamento do nosso carro mais tudo bem nem todos os hotéis estão preparado para este desenvolvimento o carro elétrico.

The cleaning was good and the breakfast was acceptable. The air conditioning in the room did not work. The most annoying thing is the music in the pool area from early in the morning until quite late, very loud and you cannot enjoy the sound of the sea. They have reflectors towards the beach that are not allowed in sea turtle nesting areas.

First and last experience staying at the hotel. I arrived tired from the trip and the area had been having power problems for more than a day, according to information given by an employee. In addition to the extreme heat, the air conditioning units did not work, TVs were out, lights flickered all the time, in other words, a problem that the hotel has been having for a long time, and it was not the first time. They would rather lose equipment that was burned out, "throw" food away due to defrosting, and do not care about guests who arrive exhausted from the trip, rather than buy a power generator. Very sad. And on this exhausting day, you hear a receptionist swapping shifts with another coworker and loudly saying not to count on her for anything, that she will be despicable... Good heavens, they need training, to know how to act and behave towards those who are there, because the employee represents the hotel and the guest who is there, hearing this is extremely unpleasant. Wow, those were days of great tiredness and disappointment, not to mention the beach in front, which is NOT ITAPUÃ, but Praia do Sal, where a surfer and a "lifeguard" did not allow me to enter the sea because it is extremely dangerous. Many have already died there this year 2024, huh... It's not worth it, guys, really. I wrote this whole story to help you, so that you don't waste your trip and don't have a headache.

Segunda vez que venho por gostar da tranquilidade de um hotel pé na areia dentro de Salvador… Dessa vez , achei péssimo o fato da piscina estar em manutenção em Pleno fim de semana de feriado, sendo liberada muito tarde em se tratar de um hotel de praia . Essa manutenção deveria ser feita mais cedo para a piscina estar liberada no máximo às 9h da manhã. Café da manhã bom, com tapioca e crepiosca feitas na hora, falhando na falta e demora de alguns itens durante o café. No mais hotel muito limpo e agradável com uma pizza ma-ra-vi-lho-sa.
