Very lovely property in a secluded location. Beautiful, scenic walks, delicious bakery and wonderful dining options. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. It was a lot of fun exploring the old library in the dining hall as well. Very historical place.

We had dinner here and while the straciatella first course was delicious, we were both underwhelmed by the main course. The beans with the lamb shank were hard and undercooked, leaving them unedible. The lamb itself was under-seasoned, as well as the fish. Service was attentive enough, but we were disappointed overall with the food. This place might be great for larger groups, but as a couple, I felt like the dining room was missing intimacy and was too large. Overall, I could definitely see the hotel is a bit on the older side and needs some renovation. However I am sure it’s great in the warmer months when you can be outside. The views are beautiful.

Having arrived , at hotel , very nice feeling atmosphere . We booked a villa with sea view We thought it would be a good idea , if guests are escorted to their room if room is located in different area . We had to drag the suitcase and try to locate villa . Room was wrong when we manage to find it , they provided two separate beds we had booked a double . Tried calling reception but phone did not work , so we had to walk back to reception in the snow again . A little annoying .. room was cozy but felt cold at night . A little old fashioned old electric points and TV had very limited tv basic channels . Breakfast was very nice . Nicely organised and well presented . Room was lovely … 🥰 service calm and relaxed .

The hotel consists of multiple buildings (main house, guesthouses, sauna, gym, restaurants...). Various possibilities to enjoy the landscape by hiking, swimming, kayaking, using the sauna... The room in the guesthouse was quite small and misses an opportunity to dry towels and swimsuits - and those you use frequently, since there's an own beach, the sauna is open all day, you can rent kayaks or boards for stand-up paddling. The breakfast is excellent, there's nothing left to wish for, and the open terrace with a view over the water is magnificent. We enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect finish of a Sweden holiday. We stayed her for one night before heading to the marina to collect a boat the next day. The location is incredible, so serene and absoutely beautiful, and there are plenty of spots around where you can sit and soak in the views. The rooms were clean and comfy, the beds were very soft and we slept well. Breakfast was delicious, a wide range of choice including veggie and gluten free options, and bread & pastries from their bakery downstairs. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting by the sea. We stayed 5 nights to really enjoy the hotel, the local area and surrounding Stockholm archipelago and Stockholm city. The hotel was very nice, with a beautiful old mansion part for events (weddings and the like) and also where the coctail bar was located. The restaurant was located next to the old building, but leading out to a stunning terrace in front of the old mansion house and a full view out over the water! They don't come any better than this! There's also a lunch restaurant and wine bar, with terrace, next to reception, so plenty of choice Our room(s) were very nice too, bedroom and lounge, and a small bathroom. Only little gripe was regarding no heating in the bathroom, so towels didn't dry over night. So, although the hotel suggested not changing towels every day to save natural resources, we had to just to get dry towels. Not a big issue though. Beautful little bathing pier, a little sandy beach, ice-cream kiosk, lots of chairs etc to enjoy both sun and shade. Sauna available if you felt the water was a bit cold too, until 22:00, so even after the evening dip :) Hire of kayaks, SUP bords and bikes, both electric and non-el, for exploring the beatutiful surroundings. There's good parking and several charging stations for electric cars (22kW type 2), that works perfectly fine. Train (not in operation presently due to extensive work on the line to the city) and bus stops almmost across the street from the hotel, and takes about 20 minutes to the centre of Stockholm, so just leave the car parked by the hotel and enjoy what Stockholm has to offer without having to worry about parking or traffic. Cold small rooms in seperate buildning from main buildning. Very basic and not so clean at bathroom floor. Also bad ventilation. Xmas dinner was amazing. Nice service in resturant. Main buildning was stunning. Spa was only sauna. Plenty of hair at showerfloors in sauna.

Very nice hotel with great location. Very helpful and professional staff. We wish the different buildings and rooms were better indicated, specially when your room is outside the main building. The room was a little disappointing for the price paid.

Beautiful cultural heritage and lovely surroundings with islands. This is a place if you are interested in paintings buildings and so on. The sauna and dip in the baltic sea was wonderful. Nice staff
