I thank Aya (little brunette, I hope I'm not mistaken) for her welcome on Saturday morning, her explanations, her tips!!! the residence is very clean! Surprise, the cleaning of our apartment was done 3 days after our arrival, the apartment is very well appointed, like at home..the swimming pool too..the residence is very well located with the sea 5 minutes' walk away and lots of shops nearby and the Portaventure park is 20 minutes' walk away!!! we had a very good stay (if possible put shelves in the clothes cupboard more accessible and practical when you have children)!!! We will come back without hesitation 👍👍👍👍

Aparthotel very well located. Well equipped. The reception team speaks French and English very well in addition to Castilian. Flexible reservation dates. Change of sheets and towels twice during our 10 day stay with cleaning included. Nice swimming pool, and sea just a stone's throw away. The only downside is parking where it can be a little complicated without paying. But feasible even during the sea bream nest period

4th time I'm going back and the first times it was really great but this time, I'm just shocked by the situation. I received a notification from my bank indicating a purchase on my card (without being notified of course we use it in people's accounts, it's normal and logical, isn't it?) from the hotel! I stopped my card thinking it was a theft! Fortunately I have cash because I still have 3 weeks of vacation in Spain but someone else… I go there the day after the observation and he brings out “Extra people” supposedly with extra towels, sheets? I got 3 towels when I arrived and left with 3 towels when I left. Sheets ? Not changed because I had the same blood stain or ketchup before and after my arrival. No soap either even though I had more. My mother came to see me for a day and a half with her own towel and some shower gel that she left for me. So an extra €140 for deplorable cleaning and cleaning ladies who speak odiously about customers in Arabic (too bad for them, I am and I understand it.). In addition cleanliness: 0. In addition the toilets let in a HORRIBLE smell which prevented us from sleeping sometimes but as we liked our suite, we said nothing at all because we know it's the drought. But smelling the sewers in your hotel room with a child is not normal, but I have been too kind to people who use people's bank accounts WITHOUT WARNING. That’s what really shocks me. We register our credit cards with confidence but really be wary.
