feel like leak of staff. room corridor is under renovation wet and dirty. breakfast no table setting, room decor is basic.

All staff were great. Facilities were great. Housekeeping gave us mosquito repellent so we could sleep peacefully. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Only issue was during breakfast as it is quite chaotic, but I would blame the guests for that as many don't have common courtesy. Some are picking food with their fingers directly from the buffet and not using utensils provided. Some are standing close to the buffet and eating their meals without any concern for other guests.
Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

First thing this place is not a 5 star hotel, the name is just hard rock. There is nothing hard about it. Not suitable for vegetarian people neither good rooms.

Excellent Room with very nice food. Poolside area is too good with live band in the evenings. Location is a bit on a narrow lane but manageable. Room service and food quality excellent.

The hotel has a fun, vibrant atmosphere with lots of music. The pool is fantastic. Great size for swimming. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfy beds Excellent gym. We stayed half board and every meal we had was outstanding. The staff are what makes this hotel 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best holiday we've ever had. I'd like to mention Sana the waffle maker at breakfast. Best waffles we've ever tasted. Arif who made the best omelette in Goa. Iba our hostress Javid from housekeeping Riya The duty manager Gopal, pool boy and our Chef pandu. Last but not least shenoy our waiter. All outstanding kind staff and we was very sad to leave your hotel. Thank you for making our holiday a trip to remember. Gill and Elaine.
