how to say? Because it was a transition hotel, I came to see the reviews! The big bed is not big, it is not soft enough. It is actually arranged on the first floor of the restaurant bar. It is just a bad environment! Service staff can, the restaurant on the first floor is really good and not expensive, it is actually a sponge on the mat. I go! Others are OK, convenient transportation.

All the staff are friendly and the location is good as it is in downtown Garapan! If you apply for a tour, they will pick you up at the very end and pick you up first. When I was picked up from the airport to my hotel, Hyatt was the cheapest, and almost all tours were the cheapest. It was better because of that, and I also walked around downtown Garapan haha Easy to shop

The hotel is pretty and tidy. There is also a water purifier and microwave, so it's good to eat cup noodles or simple instant food, and it was nice to spend time on the terrace outside in the evening! The owner's lady can only speak Chinese, but she worked hard on the translator, responded kindly, and took care of this and that. Haha If you stay for more than two days, she will clean it, so you can take care of important items separately!! It was a good value for money accommodation!

Upon pulling up to the exterior of the hotel, it didn't look like much -- honestly a little worn and beat looking, but upon entering we were blown away! The lobby looks very newly renovated, very open, with a stunning view to the pool and ocean in the entryway. The staff was very friendly, and after a long red eye flight, we were very happy to have an early check-in with no extra fee added. The room also looked and felt brand new. Nice floors, bedding, with airy light colors. Two free water bottles were included each day in the room as well. There were two pool areas, one for kids, and one for adults. The pools were never crowded, with plenty of seats and umbrellas. The beach is right on the property, but we were disappointed that there weren't any seats for lounging on the beach. It would have be nice to sit and look out at the stunning views. As far as food goes, we ate every morning in the small coffee shop on the lobby. They made a variety of hot drinks, smoothies, with pastries and small sandwiches for sale. Perfect for a light lunch or a snack later in the day. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant -- we had a great table outside. They were offering a buffet that night, but we opted to do the al la carte option instead. Both of our dishes were tasty, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Overall, the hotel is super quiet and one of the most relaxing parts of our trip.

Room: A set of rooms is rare in Saipan. The room has a projector. It is very comfortable to return to the hotel when you are tired~ Boss: The boss is a kind-hearted person. I went to Saipan from Thailand. It was the first time I met such a good landlord. I must give it a good review... Location: It's a ten-minute walk to DFS. This place is quiet and quiet. It's only an 8-minute walk to the beach. It's also very close to the cafes in the city center... The landlord's yard is super beautiful to sit in and watch the stars at night. Facilities: The hotel facilities are perfect and have everything that should be there. The sofa in the lobby is really comfortable! And there is a kitten and dog! Hygiene: This price is really beyond my imagination! Basically change every day! I am easily allergic, and I am safe and comfortable! Environment: Because the hotel is located in a relatively high location, the view of the sea will be very unique! We were cloudy for a few days in Saipan. We saw a very unique sunset at the hotel (picture 1) the day before, we couldn't see the sunset at a beach at all (picture 2) and it was very healing to open the curtains every morning! (Graphic 3) Service: This should be the focus! Because our journey to Saipan is temporarily arranged, we didn't do any strategies, and we didn't even know that Saipan had no public transportation... But the hotel owner was really good. Since we didn't have a car at the airport, we helped us call the car to the hotel. Give us a detailed introduction to some of the attractions in Saipan, we are interested in actively helping us arrange, our days are very, very happy! Will also introduce us to some places that locals love to go (all beautiful! ! ! ) Overall. Because the boss is super good, this trip really exceeded expectations! ! Too suitable for tourists who lie flat hahaha Because the return flight is early in the morning, it is too late! I didn't thank the boss in person, I wish the boss a prosperous business, a happy family, and the little princess grow up healthy.

I fell in love with it right away when I saw the photos. When my aunt saw that we had children, she upgraded her to a large and exquisite family room. Although the hotel is not in the city center, there are many supermarkets and restaurants around the living area, and the prices are a little cheaper than those in Garapan. There is also a warehouse supermarket similar to Costco nearby that I recommend checking out. In hotels, babies basically grow up in the swimming pool. There is also a cute Hakimi. Recommend❤️❤️

Good location! The hotel is opposite I LOVE SAIPAN and there is a parking lot on the first floor. A lot of food nearby, the famous Bubba Gump Shirmp. Hard Rock, etc...
