Excellent, the environment and hygiene are very good. There are 4 indoor pools and 2 outdoor hot pools. The mineral spring pool is beautiful and comfortable, and the outdoor sulfur pool is very warm in winter. I ate at the hotel's Japanese restaurant, which tasted very good. The room MINI BAR was completely free for the first time, which was really unexpected. The only thing is that the hot spring does not provide bath towels, so you need to take the bath towels in the room. Of course, the front desk was very helpful and gave them to you. Thank you very much. It is very close to the lighthouse by the sea. By the way, you can use the nearby AQUAHOUSE for free for 3 hours if you make an appointment, but we didn't have time and didn't go.

We recommend the hotel with all our hearts. Firstly, the cleanliness is above all praise, and secondly, the staff are all very friendly, we, not knowing the Bulgarian language, did not feel any discomfort, everyone helped at the first request. Thirdly, the breakfasts are sooooo delicious. And the main feature is that a visit to the Aqua House is included in the price of your stay. We enjoyed our time there. Big facilities, but poor service. Food was ok. Not enough space at the pool place. Nice and polite stuff. Seems like management needs improvement.
