This hotel is a disaster with surly untrained employees and absent management. We checked in at 3:30pm having travelled all day from southern Spain only to be told the room was not ready. It became available 15 minutes later. Being hungry we went to the brasserie which was not open for food until 7pm. We went back at 7 and were told the brasserie was fully booked. We asked to see the manager of the hotel but he was not on the premises. No room service and the restaurant won’t open until 2025. Today the lift is out of service so climb the stairs with luggage to get to the room. Absolutely no assistance. Enter the room at 5:30pm and it is still not made up. Breakfast is a scrum of people in an overcrowded room. Scrambled eggs made from powdered eggs and stone cold.

Mis à part le jacuzzi un peu froid et le manque de peignoirs de bain dans les chambres du bâtiment des Cèdres, le lieu est agréable sur un site qui termine ses travaux ( espaces verts, Golf) . Le sauna et le Hammam sont top. Le lit et les draps sont très bien, les installations sont neuves. Le petit déjeuné est très bon et pris dans une salle du château.

Bien du début à la fin; Le spa est comme il faut, le repas est bon et le massage sublime. Le tout avec du personnel de grande qualité (notamment à l'accueil et au Spa) Avec du soleil, ce doit être encore mieux, mais, bon, aucune responsabilité du domaine.

La brasserie 205 : petite carte, bonne sélection de vins, entrée/plat/dessert prix raisonnable et vraiment très très bon. Le spa très cool. La chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Le Brunch au château un délice, dans un cadre superbe. Je recommande vivement !

Très bien accueillis. La chambre très spacieuse, propre et literie très confortable. La partie spa bons moments de détente très agréable. Le personnel est sympathique. Le restaurant le 205 a faire, bonne présentation et le personnel à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons pour profiter un peu plus. Continuez comme ça, ++++++

Un domaine somptueux, une chambre avec un lit immense et une literie de qualité, pleins de petits détails dans la chambre qui nous font nous sentir client « important », un cadre très nature, très ressourçant et un spa très appréciable ! Parfait que ce soit pour un séjour affaires ou en amoureux. Au calme et prestations appréciées. Petit-déjeuner composé de nombreux gâteaux. Très beau château. Espace bien-être très agréable. Accueil agréable et professionnel. Rien ne manquait.

Nous sommes impressionnés dès notre arrivée par le château et le complexe qui ont été repensé avec goût. Pour notre passage à la Brasserie 205 - nous restons cependant sur notre fin. 1 cheveux dans l’entrée Des plats à l’agneau tièdes avec une jus de viande froid. Un verre de blanc tiède… un service approximatif et très jeune pour nous accompagner le long du repas. Toutefois, les plats sont très bien présentés, frais et la vaisselle superbe ! Le cadre enchanteur. Quelques détails à peaufiner pour profiter de l’endroit dans les prochaines semaines. Nous reviendrons sans problème.
