We were traveling to Fort Leonard Wood for my nieces Basic Training Graduation. The hotel has seen better days but the rooms were clean and we were really only there long enough to sleep and shower. The front desk staff was courteous.

Room had fridge, microwave and 5 cup coffee pot. Nothing fancy but suited our needs for sleep as we traveled. Wish mattresses had zipper bug covering, tho we did not encounter any bugs.

Outside lights where flickering inside room had damaged doors and broken dresser beds where uncomfortable very old dirty mattress

When we arrived to check in, the lobby smelled a of mildew.
The out door lights flickered on and off non stop. Outside our room in the parking lot there were several min drinking beer on a fold out picnic table. with coolers. They were talking to us. It felt like we were in the ghetto.
When we entered the room. It had a heavy smell of cigarette.
The bathroom has glass rings all along the bathtub.
fingernail polish on the back of the toilet tank.
The beds were made nicely but there was dirt and a few stains on top of the bed spread. Like someone was stepping on it.
We were in the room for maybe 5 minutes and grabbed our stuff and walked out. They would not reimburse our money because we needed to cancel 24 hours in advance. So we were out all that money(3 nights)
We stayed at another hotel a few miles away.
I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk person was friendly and efficient. The room was adequate for our needs. The bed was too firm for me to be comfortable. Housekeeping needs some work. The floor was quite dirty. Pro was the a/c was cold and sheets were soft. The price was right, location was convenient, overall it was a great trip.

It was a little hard figuring out how to get into the property but otherwise very nice . Close to several restaurants and freeway entrances.

The guy at the desk was very nice. The rooms are outdated but you get what you pay for. One good thing is the air conditioning blow cold. I suggest you all spray for bugs, deep cleaning & new linens!
