Le Touring

5 stars posted, 3 deserved. Non-existent double glazing, the first two nights without sleeping. We were exhausted and needed to rest. So after the 1st night we anticipated by asking them to accept an early departure free of charge if the second night was like the 1st. This was the case, the marching band until midnight. We wanted to shorten 3 nights, the answer was no. I asked for someone from management to come and see the sound of the brass band under the windows at 11:30 p.m. but obviously no one came. Don't look for the manager, he is non-existent, yet he passed by us. With 10 rooms in all in the hotel I think he knew who we were. You know Mr. Manager, if you had deigned to meet dissatisfied customers things would have been said and not written here. This is a miscalculation on your part. When I explained my noise problem to the receptionist, his response was astonishing: "yes, but Madam, you are booking a hotel in the city center! you had to find out first! “It is well known, in the center of NY or Paris, customers who book in hotels do not sleep!!!! I'm dumb !!!! They are downtown! Ridiculous breakfast (see photo), non-existent sense of service. The only ones who deserve kudos are the ladies who take care of the rooms as well as the young man in the outside bar in the morning (who worked at Costes). The Director would have a lot to learn from this gentleman in terms of dress, customer orientation and professionalism. Don't expect 5 stars, it's not.

Very cozy and friendly hotel bar; unforgettable cocktails especially the POP CORN MARTINI! Cocooning decoration! Warm and very courteous service: a team of good professionals without being obsequious! Very nice place.

Super nice and professional staff. The superiors are infected with them who swear in front of the customers. Removing the awning to set up leaving customers in direct sunlight. Pity nice setting.

Service impeccable, hôtel parfait ! Parfaitement située avec une vue imprenable sur le port de St Raphaël, cet hotel ravira tous les amateurs d'hôtels de Luxe. L'équipe est d'une gentillesse rarement constatée ailleurs, les chambres sont ultra confortables et claires. Félicitations !

Chambre spacieuse, décorée avec goût. Personnel à l écoute. Emplacement bien situé, parking à disposition. Très bon restaurant. Je recommande vivement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Réservation de dernière minute pour un we improvisé. Très belle découverte, un hôtel de charme, très bien situé à côté du port, une décoration très recherché, une équipe très accueillante et professionnelle. Un service et des produits de très bonnes qualités. Un week-end de rêve, je le recommande.

Hotel situé au coeur de Saint Raphael avec possibilité de se garer devant l’hotel pour déposer famille et décharger les bagages . Parking à proximité directe. Ambiance feutrée et service de qualité. Le personnel est au top et la decoration superbe . Hotel boutique stylé avec 2 superbes restaurants : une brasserie et un japonais.

Une bière plate pas fraîche sans mousse et surtout scandale servi dans des verres à limonade j'ai dû insister pour avoir de grignotage j'ai eu trois olives baignant dans de la flotte pas génial pour un hôtel 5 étoile je n'y retournerai pas évidemment
