hotel is great, plenty of restaurants and shops are available. i recommend tokyo city restaurant to deliver your food because the restaurant is located nearby and the prices are affordable even for students. lobby is amazing, and there is many space in the room. however, receptionist said there is no room with divided beds available. so we had to sleep in one bed, but that’s ok because bed was big. there are quite a lot of cabinets for your clothes and items so you can live there for a month as well.

酒店環境很好，有洗衣機冰箱等，對於出差住幾日來説很友好，但好像不是每天打掃。
不含早餐，但是一樓有很多餐飲店，不同風味，很不錯，旁邊還有超市，打車去涅瓦大街也很方便。

很新的酒店，非常喜歡酒店的整體設計，房間也很好、很乾凈、有小廚房，可以自己燒東西吃、還有洗衣機、燙衣板！樓下有類似美食廣場的各種美食，外面還有超市，非常便利，到地鐵站走路要15分鐘左右！又到彼得堡旅遊的，超級推薦！

Excellent place. Comfortable stay! it’s s in the city center in a relatively quiet area Spacious and very clean rooms The only drawback is the difficulty of communication due to the fact that the staff does not know English. Extremely recommended.

Excellent modern comfortable stay in the city center, close to the railway stations. Nice design, plenty of amenities: fridge, washing machine, iron and board, hair dryer, air fan, perfect mattresses and bedding. Food court and bar downstairs, terrace, huge working space, gym ideal for short or long stay. Highly recommended.

Останавливались на 4 ночи, в жаркую августовскую пору. поскольку приближалось начало учебного года, раннее заселение было невозможно - отсутствовали свободные номера((( Нам предложили оставить вещи в комнате хранения, выдали ярлычки. В Питере не проблема провести несколько часов, гуляя даже в округе этого отеля - очень много знаковых мест в самой-самой близости, 20 минут до Невского проспекта. К 14 часам номер был готов, заселились - всё чисто, исправно, функционально устроено. Очень много мест хранения. Для третьего взрослого в стандартный номер вместили дополнительную кровать. По запросу принесли и халаты(правда по телефону не смогли зафиксировать просьбу, сделали только после личного обращения на ресепшен). Фумигатор заменили быстро, комары перестали надоедать. Вентилятора в августовские ночи нам хватало для комфортного сна, днём мы в отеле не бывали. Много внутри и рядом с отелем мест питания - на любой вкус, в т.ч. правильное питание.завтраки в одном заведении с 8ч, мы брали заранее оплаченные. Неплохое меню, впрочем без учёта принципов здорового питания(кашу варят сразу сладкую, отказаться можно только от доп.сиропчика сверху). Очень грамотно продумано пользование лифтом - возможность подняться на этаж - только по карточке к номеру. Спускает без идентификации. Зато чужих нет, видимо по лестницам вверх нет охотников подниматься. Не помешали бы сетки на окнах в летнюю пору, мыльница под твёрдое мыло в ванной комнате, салфетки/бум.полотенца в кухне.

Кошмар!!! Новый отель, но нет кондиционеров в комнатах. Попросил принести бутылку воды, на ресепшене сказали, что нет такой услуги. Как так? Бутылку воды не могут принести!!! Шторы в комнатах не блэкаут, летом утром в комнате светло, как на улице. Парковка для гостей платная. Короче, цена не соответствует качеству. Сервис нулевой! Спасибо за внимание. Я съезжаю. Посмотрим, что ещё скажут при моей попытке вернуть деньги за оставшиеся два дня. Думаю, что вряд ли вернут.

Не адекватные сотрудники! Никого сервиса и клиентоориентированности! Постоянно придумывают новые правила и услуги, за которые ты должен платить! Снимаю от владельца апартамента. Оставила карту в номере. Чтобы охранник поднялся со мной и пустил меня в апарт пришлось платить 2200! Я стояла больная с температурой в тапочках и в тонкой кофе и час просила пойти мне на встречу и пустить меня! По факту у них на такие случаи есть услуга вскрытия номера. Якобы. И она для тех кто снимает не от ук есс- платная! Я без денег, и карт. Стояла унижалась и просила мне помочь. В ответ отказ. Документ в котором эта услуга прописана мне не показали. Сказали платите, вызывайте собственника или можете снять номер посуточно и спать там пока не решите свою проблему!!!!! И это только капля в море отвратного отношения к жильцам! Постоянное хамство и презрение персонала - норма в общении с жильцами!
