The hotel is located on a quiet street in a walk of access from all sights. Excellent staff, kindly and in time to answer all questions. Booked a room by phone, sent confirmation. Considered and fulfilled all wishes! There is a small closed parking, a car seat has been reserved. Elevator. A beautiful cozy room, quite quiet - sleep with open window, very clean, daily changed bedding, capsule coffee machine, teapot, drinking water, non-alcoholic drinks and candy are included in the cost of the room. In the bathroom too everything is perfect - brushes-pasta, urine, coats, slippers - everything you need and even more ... Very recommend breakfast! Start the morning with a glass of sparkling and something very delicious (menu on 2 pages) .... fresh juice, good coffee and ... you smile))) which can be pleasant!!! Thank you very much, we liked it very much!!!

Wonderful service and great location. We stayed as a family of four. The suite had a view on Moika river (as requested ). The room design was a bit odd, while still lovely. The bathroom was a bit on smaller side for a suite was bright and well-designed. The location was unbeatable - just across the Winter Palace square. We enjoyed the breakfast - still plenty of choices, and the servers can have some special items ordered for you too. My wife felt that selection of items was lower than expected, but this issue was sadly across the Kempinski hotels in general. ( I hope now as independent hotel, they would be able to expend it 😊). They do have a fitness center with sauna and cold bath, but no formal pool. The best thing about this hotel is its team and great service. They are all kind, smiling, and helpful at every request. From the moment your car arrives, they great you and eager to help you yo enjoy the hotel and the city. Their concierge is always busy arranging tours and information. We also loved how they treat kids - from complimentary toys, kids bath products, robes to evening milk & cookies to kids toy car and crayons. It was great.

A very pleasant surprise was the early settlement: although I arrived at about nine o'clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I was immediately set. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. It really is good everything (god breakfasts, service, rooms, etc.) all except for two things: I will speak at once, perhaps it is connected with the number 5 in which I lived (single normal). - Wifi - did not work, or worked disgustingly. It was necessary to download the presentation at 150MB. Switched almost an hour with breaks. - Noise from ventilation in the day (after 10 a.m. time). Very loud. At the level of the air conditioner at maximum capacity, or the old refrigerator. At my arrival, it was unlikely to be corrected in 3 days, so I hope the hotel will take it into work. At least ventilation from 12 if nothing can be done with noise.
