A very decent hotel in the center of St. Petersburg. This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are good, but I don’t recommend taking the least expensive ones, they are very small. The larger rooms are not very bad (good repair, refrigerator, Wi-Fi). Breakfast is at a good level, I recommend taking it, you can have breakfast cheaper on Nevsky, but it will be a canteen, and here is a decent cafe Phali Khinkali. We have stayed in different hotels before, but based on the combination of location, quality, and price, this is the best option. Do not pay attention to the negativity that some guests had. We must adequately assess the situation, for these people, I recommend staying in the Grand Hotel nearby, from 20,000 rubles per day.

I’ll tell you right away to those who are hoping to check into a 4-star hotel - don’t expect it. A weak three-stay hotel. The only thing that didn't disappoint was the location. In order: We booked 2 rooms in advance. For yourself a double business with a large bed, for children a double standard with two beds. On the day of arrival, they called for an hour and a half to confirm the reservation. We've arrived. We signed up and received the keys. When asked how to get to my room, the administrator waved her hand: “the elevator is there.” A 4-star hotel must have a freight elevator and staff to help lift luggage. This is not the case here. We went up in 2 steps. 4 adults with 4 suitcases did not enter the elevator at the same time. We went into the room. It doesn't even smell like business. Standard double room. There are 2 pillows on the bed (usually 4), there is no minibar. Small bathroom. Instead of a shower stall, there is a tray with a curtain. No toothbrushes. The toilet is slanted, otherwise it would rest against the wall. No bathrobes. Let's go see our sons. A miserable room with 2 beds and a nightstand between them, wall to wall. (In 4 stars, a room for 1 person must be at least 12 m2, for two people - 15 m2. This is a requirement). There is no air conditioning, there is a fan on the cabinet. The concierge service cannot be reached by phone. There are 2 administrators for 200 numbers. I liked the breakfasts. Next time we will rent a 3-star hotel. The conditions are no worse. The price is lower.
