Cozy hotel with a good location (1 minute to Nevsky prospekt). Hotel is located on the second floor (ground floor, first floor, second floor) of the building (no elevator). Entrance door overlooks on Marat street (very easy to find). Attentive and helpful staff. There is a kitchen with a kettle, stove and microwave. Loved very much the room called - Camelot. Wi-Fi in this room worked not very good, but it is not critical. Next time definitely we will go to this hotel again.

Любим Питер, поэтому довольно часто бываем в этом прекрасном городе. Арт Хаус - это лучшее место из всех тех,где мы были.Чистота идеальная,персонал - это просто душевные и доброжелательные люди. Расположение на 5+. Наш номер назывался,,Оригами", очень уютный и просторный,с холодильником ,с двумя окнами на Марата. Туалетная комната чистейшая со всеми принадлежностями. Благодарим всех за прекрасное отношение к гостям города! Да, ещё кухня заслуживает высшей похвалы. Идеальный порядок! И вся бытовая техника во благо жильцов. Спасибо огромное. Теперь точно знаем,что вернёмся именно к вам.

Обстановка отеля очень разнообразные комнаты. Рядом в доступе много магазинов кофе... ...В целом обстановка домашння.....Лифта нету, высокие потолки, как отель находиться в старом здании.. Питер каларит сданий.. Рекомендую друзьям..

Хороший отель.Очень красивая цветовая гама внутри номера.Дизайнеры передали «модную красоту». Комфортабельно,отзывчивый персонал,хорошее питание.Отдыхали с подругой.Все очень понравилось. Отличное местоположение,неподалеку есть кофейни,где вечером можно выпить кофе и вернуться в уютный номер. Всем советую!

Отель порекомендовали друзья и родственники. Бронировали номер Камелот, остались очень довольны всем. Обстановка в "рыцарском" стиле была очень кстати ) Номер просторный, есть все необходимое, чисто, уютно, уборка каждый день. Расположение в 100 метрах от Невского - идеально. Удобно добираться везде. Вокруг много круглосуточных кафе. Чувствовали себя как дома, и с удовольствием вернемся )

Простор номеров поражает, вышел и поражает еще больше, такие красоты вокруг что дух захватывает. жать можно, в отеле чисто и хорошо кормят, жалко шампанское не подают на завтрак как это здесь принято. Чисто красиво рекомендую.
