I was pleased with my stay at The Grand Bleu. My room was extremely comfortable with a view of the surroundings. The location is great, easy access to the beach, close to the main street commercial area. I have to commend the service. Everyone from the team was naturally friendly and handled all requests efficiently.

The hotel and the rooms are fine but the Hotel is situated in the party district. Don't expect to get much sleep if silence matters to you. The staff knows and doesn't (can't) act upon it. Policy to ignore these complaints I suppose.

What a stunning hotel! The rooms are bright, airy and clean… albeit, a mini fridge would be a welcome addition to the standard rooms. The restaurant is set in a tranquil garden adjacent to the pool and the food was delicious. The hotel is a few steps from the beach and central to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, well informed and professional.

What makes this hotel stand out is its fantastic staff and excellent restaurant at lunch / dinner. Everybody are really friendly and service minded and meets you with a smile. Restaurant service is efficient and the dishes are beautifully presented as well as tasting really good. Breakfast is adequate but unremarkable. The building itself, located two minutes from the beach, is unpretentious, but well kept and clean. The ground floor and restaurant is wheelchair accessible. However, the hotel does not have a lift. The rooms are spacious with large comfortable beds. Some might find soundproofing somewhat limited. WiFi coverage is fast and reliable throughout the premises. Given the opportunity I would definitely stay again.

Séjour magique, personnel très attentif. Ils ont tous su être réactifs à ma demande qui a été assez particulière. Très bonne accueil, personnel sympathique. Je reviendrai. Je le recommande vivement. Aussi au coeur de st Gilles, tout est accessible. Week-end trop bien.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du port et de la petite plage. Personnel accueillant, . Chambre correcte mais sans balcon (bien que prévu à la réservation). Prendre l'option pour avoir une place de parking au sous sol, car stationnement difficile aux abords de l'établissement. En 1/2 pension, plats au diner et au petit déjeuner limités.

Alerte arnaque ! Nous avons réservé une chambre triple et à aucun moment nous avons été prévenus que la 3ème personne dormirait sur un lit de camp, tout proche du sol, à ressorts, sur lequel il est impossible de se retourner, même pas de drap housse…ça fait très cher la nuit affreuse dans un établissement « 3 étoiles ». Lorsque j’ai exprimé mon mécontentement à la réception, la jeune fille présente a su seulement me répondre qu’elle était stagiaire, qu’elle était SEULE ce samedi soir et que par conséquent elle ne pouvait nous proposer aucune solution. Pas arrangeants en plus. Je déconseille fortement.

Le lit de la chambre 213 est cassé, il se penche au milieu, pas de couette ont a eu froid toute la nuit (clim éteinte), pas d'eau chaude, bruit de la route, pas de parking, petit déjeuner non renouveler (plus de fruits), piscine loin d'être calme avant 17h impossible d'en profiter (trop de monde et hyper bruyant). Nous sommes repartis très déçu et loin d'être reposé

Merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Le grand bleu. Le confort, le calme, les équipements et services tout y est pour passer un bon moment. J'ai adoré le cadre qui est tout à fait à mon goût. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des produits de qualité et très variés. Je recommande avec confiance et je vais y retourner très prochainement.
