Duty manager billie was quite uninterested in us on arrival, almost like we were interrupting her day! and albeit she explained we have to request a room clean on the actual morning, which we did. It did not happen at all. We have never encountered this before🤷‍♀️ There is MAJOR construction works being carried out outside our window yet we were never informed of this. Works started 0700 hours and unbelievably stopped at 0800 🤷‍♀️ by which time of course we were awake. The adjacent building the other side looks like it’s in need of major works It’s not a nice place to stay for a visit. Spoke to someone from charring cross premier in. Who encouraged us to complain as he said they have had many many complaints about bath street. We are waiting to see how our grievance is dealt with. Just to add insult to injury. We were told there are two lifts but only one goes to 3rd floor which of course we were on. After waiting 10-15 minutes to go up in the lift another guest helped us saying this is ridiculous but you have to send the other lift to another floor before you can get the one that takes you to the 3rd floor. Omg what a poo show. Seriously hoping premiere inns are going to sort this out we use them for our team obviously including ourselves. Maybe never again. We will see.

Stayed for 4 nights with my husband and two kids. We had a family room it was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Fantastic shower. Super friendly staff always available to help if needed. Breakfast had a lot of choice to suit everyone didn’t get a chance to sample the dinner menu as we had arrangements elsewhere but it looked good. Highly recommended

We stayed at the Travel Inn, Bath Street, St Helier for 5 nights from May 8th to 13th inclusive. I could not fault the hotel which was clean and comfortable. Having the restaurant within the hotel was great. The menu, for both breakfast and evening meal was very good. The meal deal was a bonus. The biggest asset for the hotel was the staff who, without exception were excellent in all regards. They were kindness personified.

Good location Good hotel Nice room pity awful view to degraded and abandoned theatre The staff was helpful Breakfast was OK but could have had yoghurt and more healthy food. Short staffed I think as my towels were not delivered after asking 3 times. Great Restaurant O Porto in Minden Street, 2 min walk .. recommended.

We had a lovely stay, comfy beds and friendly staff, breakfast was delicious too and hope to come back very soon, my only quibble is the major building works going on....No one told us that the builders would be starting at 7.30am, banging and using Rachet guns on the scaffolding, even Saturday morning guys were out with noisy wheelie bins clearing up 😒

Very well-located hotel, with kind staff. The hotel is new, and the rooms are lovely and clean. Great value for a good weekend away. Would come again. There is a luggage room which is easy to access and usable for a donation. Breakfast was easy to get at the onsite restaurant, we even had a drink in the bar.

Noisy in the evenings in the hotel and noisy first thing in the morning. You are asked to recycle certain items for the staff, but nothing to put it in. A bin or bag would have been appropriate. No guide in room as to times of breakfast. No menu for meals if you wanted to purchase. Wouldn’t book again for a holiday, but ok if you just want the odd night
