This Mercure is really as bland as a hotel can get. It’s extremely outdated. My room (which was the higher end room - privileged I think it’s called), had a black and stained carpet, green painted walls and pink tiles in the bathroom. The design is clearly horrible but it’s also worn out and a bit dirty. The breakfast was at least pretty good. All that for €235. I will not come back here.

Was in Paris years ago and walked into the courtyard of this hotel and always wanted to go back there to stay - fast forward to 2022 and had a wonderful 5 night stay. Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden area and great breakfast. Service was perfect and always helpful. LOVE that we got to finally stay there and would recommend highly - great value too!

We booked this hotel to be near the centre of St Germain and with easy access to Paris. Easy free parking and a warm welcome. Helpful and friendly staff in a very average hotel that could do with a refurbish. We had a 'compact' room and bathroom with the usal facilities and it was clean and acceptable, if not up market or luxurious. The long winding corridors do not have windows or access doors so the air is damp, and stale. The breakfast area was clean and is continental style. The advertised cooked food was help yourself to a bowl of scrambled egg, but you can fill up on bread, cheese and cold meats if you wish. Not luxury, not remarkable hotel but good enough for a couple of days stay while sightseeing.

Un bel hôtel, une très belle chambre, un personnel très accueillant. Un bon restaurant sur place. Hôtel de bon niveau, chambre très propre et très confortable, hôtel bien situé. Parfait pour visiter cette jolie ville le temps d’un week-end!

Personnel d'accueil très sympathique. L'emplacement top Pour le reste et bien 😩🥴😱 Un lit dur comme du bois jamais vu ça dans un.mercure Pas de chauffage dans la chambre a notre arrivée une honte vu le froid dehors..... Aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain au mur tout moisi .... Donc pas de douche le matin trop froid 🙃 Petit déjeuner correct malgré l'accueil blasé de la personne qui était présente a l'autre bout de sont bar et qui vous aboie dessus pour vous demander le n" de votre chambre,tout ça sans bouger... A notre demande d avoir des yaourts nature la réponse a éte s'il 'y en a plus je sais pas .... Plus de madeleines fraîche a 8h50 et aucun rechargement..... Alors que la salle de remplissait 🥴 Pas de confiture.... Citrons et clémentines pourri et moisi dans la corbeille... Et la taxe de séjour a +de 7€50 par personne c'est le pompon 😡😡😡😡 Pour un soit dit 4* on marche sur la tête, cette hôtel ne vaut pas+ de 2 étoiles . C'est la 1 ere fois que je vois un hôtel casi non chauffé et aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain avec une très grande fenêtre ou l'air passait tout autour 😫. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial qui nous a été fait 40€ Merci

Tout y est affreux, sauf le personnel. Le restaurant est mauvais, avec les appellations "maison" frites,non pomme de terre coupée en deux,sauce aioli qui ne sent mêmepas l'ail. Bref encore un restaurant qui fait honte à la bonne bouffe,avec de vrais produits travaillés. Maître fromager ,une honte pour tous les fromagers et amateurs de France. La chambre est minuscule, salle de bain pourrie de moisissures, et une télévision collée sur un mur à gauche,Impossible à déplacer en face du lit. Du jamais vu dans le ridicule et le moche. Ne devrais pas être dans un mercredi.

Ayant un probleme de mobilite (jambe droite blessee), l'absence d'ascensseur en panne pendant tout mon sejour m'a beaucoup gene...
De plus, de facon subjective, j'ai trouve dommage que personne dans le staff ne soit capable de fournir des informations sur les activites festives en ville... C'etait comme si ils etaient completement deconnectes de la ville...

Comme indiqué dans un précédent avis si l’accueil et les restaurants sont très corrects et cosy, ce Mercure est dépassé côté chambres. Après avoir eu la bonne surprise d’être surclassé, j’ai déchanté. D’abord La chambre était glaciale et le chauffage une fois allumé n’a jamais suffi à la réchauffer correctement. Le chauffage de la salle de bain encore moins (un grille pain type campanile …) et une lampe de chevet en panne pour finir la soirée. Pas digne d’un Mercure…

Effectivement,comme sur les différentes vues du site de cet hotel, la réception ,les salons, salles à manger sont très cosy et très joliment rénovées mais des la remise des clefs et votre départ pour rejoindre votre chambre le rêve s'arrête ! Dans un premier temps vous pensez vous être trompé; mais non c'est bien là,immeuble sinistre au fond d'un jardin qu'il est tout autant. Un petit peu la sensation d'être dans un pays de l'est il y a quelques dizaines d'années J'arrête mon descriptif vous avez tout compris
