The location is convenient, the breakfast is good but the staff is not very friendly and helpful, also the parking entrance is not noticeable if u are the first time here.

It was the perfect spot for our overnight trip to St Gallen. Closely located near a main train station with good connections into town. Plenty of blue zone parking around the area, which works well if you are coming for an over night trip. You also have the option to park at the hotel for an additional cost. We opted to buy a day ticket for the blue zone area.

Just a 1 night stay but very convenient. Rooms are small but nice. Bed is comfortable. Parking is easy outside at defined zones.

Nice stay location, receptionist is so friendly & profesional, customer oriented. Highly recommend to those who want to stay in St. Gallen.

The location is a bit remote, in the suburbs, but everything else is OK. If you have a Swiss pass, you can stay here. The service is OK, but you are not allowed to check in early, but you can store your luggage. There is a big supermarket nearby.

A bit away from the center; everything is still fairly new; clean; unfortunately no air conditioning. Martine at the reception is excellent.

Desk staff is unfriendly. I wish check-in times were more flexible.

Staff very friendly and available to give advice. The place is convenient for visiting the city. The bus stop is practically in front of the structure. The price is more than fair. The environment is clean and quiet

Newly opened hotel, convenient for traveling

45 CHF more for having released the room too late. CHF 29 for parking. The 1st lady who checked me in was of Greek origin, adorable. The rest of the staff zero.
