This hotel is 100 years old but very clean with cute little seating areas in hallway and outdoors. The bed was very comfortable and great customer service. Little shops and restaurants all down the street within walking distance. Would stay there again.

Really nice historical hotel.
Our only complaint was the bed.. my husband is 6’3” and even he had trouble getting in the bed, it was sooooo high.
We understood the bathroom situation because it’s an older building but the bed was way high. Next time I will call and see if they have a lower bed.

Really cool and historic hotel in downtown St Cloud. Happen to be there during the weekly Farmers Market night and all vendors were amazing!

staff was very nice and knowledgeable
hotel interior and rooms were very clean
several restaurants are within walking distance
the shower heads are a little low if you are tall aka over 6 ft
I would highly recommended this hotel and would stay there again

It was hard to find at night as there was no signage lite up. I had to call the front desk and learn where the entrance was
There was no hot water either Saturday night or Sunday morning. This should have been explained to us at check in.
The hotel is old. The bathroom was very small and the toilet was at an angel so it fit. There was no temperature evident in the room. Finally it was noisy. A gust in the next room was very loud, there is no phone to call the front desk so I was forced to “bang”on the wall and asked they keep their voices down.

Room had water leak and water was all over the floor. Hotel in deplorable condition. Did not stay because no alternate room to the one that leaked.

THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE IS IN THE BATHTUB, IT NEEDS A RUBBER MAT TO NOT SLIP, BOTH ME AND MY WIFE ALMOST FALL TO THE FLOOR... AT LEAST ROOM 201 DOESN'T HAVE...THE REST, PERFECT

I really enjoyed my stay from start to finish. I love history so the old building drew me in not away, like some comments I’ve seen on the reviews. I was almost deterred. I generally stay at a resort around the way. However I’m ever so grateful I stumbled upon this Lodge like, quaint Marvel! Thank you again for a great stay!
